Nick was wonderful in setting up a brand new AC unit in my home when I purchased it before the summer and I am very happy with the results of their work which was great in the heat wave earlier this year. Then about a week ago I had an issue with my furnace and he was very responsive and helpful in figuring out how to get it back running quickly and efficiently. I can't express how much it was a relief to have him come help figure out what was going on especially with how cold it has been. I am confident and happy to have someone to rely upon and trust with regards to taking care of my home heating and cooling. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely be the first person I call when I am ready to switch over to a heat pump or any other services required in the future.
Had a DAIKIN Mini-Split Ductless install done on our townhouse with 3 head units. Ambient was awesome, they came in with GREAT PRICES, quality product and overall customer focused work. They made the process effortless from our standpoint even helping with the HOA paperwork. Love our new system and can't wait to see the savings on the bills. THANK YOU for a job well done.
Nick and Austin did a great job installing my heat pump and were significantly cheaper than any other vendor. I'd gotten bids from three other vendors for $25K, $17K, and $17K and all of them wanted to install a new furnace too, as a back up heating system in case it got too cold and the heat pump didn't work well (which many don't in below-freezing temps.) I already had a gas fireplace and didn't need the extra stuff. Nick listened carefully to what I needed and gave me three alternatives. The one I chose was $10K and it is doing the job very well. When I worked with them, they were both still working other jobs as they were building this business (January of 2023) so they sometimes had scheduling challenges and conflicts. But they were candid about that going in and did a great job of keeping me informed, so I felt very well served. I'm pretty sure these guys will be able to do this full time very soon because they are so good at this. One night as things weren't going as smoothly as they'd hoped (issues at my house, not really their problem) they stayed until almost 9 p.m. to get the job done. I highly recommend them - they are fair, reasonable, and highly competent.
