We use Ambient Climate Solutions for our Business in Rockwall. Enrique is very personable and professional. He ensures that our Air Conditioner/Heater stays viable through the hot weather and freezing conditions that we have had over the past few years. A couple of months ago, we had an issue with our air conditioner and it would've been easy for him to tell me a problem and charge me. However, upon inspection, Enrique realized that the issue was due to a previous visit. He rectified the problem and didn't charge us for fixing it. That's when it really sealed it for me that we had the right small family company helping our small family company. Enrique provides quality service, is very professional, shows up when he says he will show up and is honest. I highly recommend Ambient Climate Solutions and Enrique to take care of your HVAC needs for business and personal!

If I could give Ambient Climate Solutions more than 5 stars I absolutely would - we will never use another HVAC company again! The professionalism, care, and quality of work they provided while replacing our 40 year old HVAC and heating system (including replacing all of the duct work) was beyond anything I expected and set a new standard for me on how a client should be treated. From the initial quote appointment to the installation (and even after!) Enrique was there every step of the way and explained everything thoroughly, gave us multiple quotes to see what would work best for us, scheduled appointments and arrived promptly on time every time, and overall left us feeling valued and extremely satisfied with his service. His team spent 2 days replacing our system and ductwork and worked quickly and efficiently, while keeping everything clean in our home. I could go on and on about how impressed I am by this company but I highly suggest hiring them and finding out for yourself! Ambient Climate is the only company I will trust with my HVAC/heating from now on. Do yourself a favor and give them a call immediately!
Had 2 AC units moved and reconnected. The team did a great job, it was after 10pm when they finished. They stayed until the job was done. Excellent!
