Guy charges me $50 for overnight shipping on a condenser that is only available through Trane manufacturer. Once he comes the next day he has an aftermarket part, I didn’t know that then until just recently when I had my a/c serviced. He also mentioned that I needed a surge protector and he would charge me $200 for one, otherwise if I didn’t he would have to write it on the report and let my warranty companh know. He later came back and said $200 now or $250 later, I told him to get out of my home. They are scammers and liars, careful working with this company.
I had these guys through my home warranty. The guy (Ken) comes to my investment property and tells me that the AC is simply not clean and it will work after he cleans it. Charged me $350 + $65 warranty, that is $350 to clean for less than 45mins. Calls me and tells me the AC is working and the issue is fixed. gets the invoice signed by the tenant telling them that he agreed with me that the AC has been fixed and is working. Less than a week later it is broken. Call him back and he tells me that I need to open another service call with my home warranty. do that and he never returns back. Call the company and Mary picks up and tells me that I agreed to have the AC cleaned and not repair. could not give them a zero, never doing business with them again. I am also opening a complaint on BBB and calling the home warranty to open a complaint with them so they do not do business with these guys. Save your money and go to someone else, there a ton of qualified HVAC repair people out there. Told Mary that I would be making a complaint with BBB and she says you can not do anything because "we have your money". Who talks like this with their customers. Look at their website they talk about professional service, all BS.

We are happy finding this company, they are professional and knowledgeable. Mike helped us tremendously! We called several AC companies with an existing issue. Every single one of them told us that the unit installed incorrectly and thus we need a new unit. One of the well known companies came and estimated $45,000 and said because of the “promotion”, they’ll install it for $35,000. Ridiculous. We quickly figured that this is not the company we want to do business with, because he tried to sell several other products to us. BUT when we contacted AM PM Service, they were prompt to respond and showed up within a scheduled window frame. Mike repaired it within an hour or two for less than $500!!! We recommend AM PM service to everyone who who needs AC service, because they are transparent by explaining the issue and what they are doing by repairing it. The repairs been done early this year and AC functioning perfectly.
I am in shock to see the review just because a few months ago Mr.Mike came to fix our electrical in the kitchen and restroom. My warranty didn't want to cover some of the problems but he decided to fix it for me for free. And now we decided to call to fix our A/C once again he save us alot of money. I will be writing another review after they finish fixing my whole entire A/C.
Too bad zero stars is not a choice. Had them out 7 times to try and fix my heater. Could. It accomplish the task and stated there is not any mechanical issues. Heater still doesn’t work going on 4 months of service call. Now they don’t reply to calls. Horrible experience and house is still cold. Save time and money and chose someone else for your ac and furnace needs.
