Rick was fantastic. I had an issue where water was dripping from the air handler. He came out the same day and fixed the problem very quick. Very reasonably priced too.
Highly recommend! Rick deserves 10 stars. Our AC stopped working at 1030 pm & we contacted him at 7 am the next day & he arrived by 830 am. Our unit is very very old / main parts are not available - he could have easily said it’s “done”. He is very honest & fixed the problem. Definitely will have him replace our unit once it’s time.
Where to start?! Rick is one of the nicest and most professional people I've ever met. I called him at 9PM to see when he could come inspect my A/C unit and he was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. He came to my home the very next day. He was prompt and kept me updated on his time schedule via text every step of the way. When he arrived at my home he was able to figure out the problem in just a few minutes. This guy is seriously amazing at what he does. Don't hesitate to give Rick a call and request his services. Truly a diamond in the rough.

I called on a Friday evening. Rick was able to determine my issue over the phone. I fixed the AC unit based solely on his assessment. I asked him if he could come out the next day, on a Saturday, to service the system and he accommodated. He told me exactly what to expect during his service and he did not disappoint. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more honest service in any industry, I’m a customer for as long as he is in business.
My AC failed and I wouldn't be able to get any sleep sweating in the heat. After calling Always Air that evening, Rick responded quickly and gave me a preliminary diagnosis over the phone and went over posible courses of action and associated costs. The next morning he was on site to confirm that my condenser failed and I needed a new external unit. He was able to get a new unit installed that day at minimal cost of installation. He and Lou were punctual, very friendly, and professional. Hopefully I won't need them for a while, but if I do I definitely know who to call.
This business was recommended by a family member. I agree and highly recommend this business. My air conditioning went out in 90 degree weather. Rick was very kind and made my issue a priority as he arrived a few hours later to troubleshoot. Unfortunately, my issue required parts be ordered. Rick was very communicative and kept me apprised regarding the status of the part order. As soon as my part was scheduled to arrive, he was at my house repairing the deficiency. I found him to be a consummate professional, highly-qualified and knowledgeable, kept me updated, explained and provided proof of the deficiency, and is an all around nice guy. His prices are also reasonable. I will definitely call him the next time I have an a/c or heating issue.

My AC stopped cooling, so I decided to give Always Air A/C and Heating a call. I am glad I did! Not only was Rick fast and professional, he fixed my AC and the price was affordable. Called Rick because I was having a a/c leak in my home that was leaking into my granddaughters bedroom.. Made a appointment with Rick to come on Aug16th between 1:30 and 2pm. Called back to reschedule because I wanted to see if he could come earlier.. not a problem.. He accommodated me at 10:40 the same morning.. very professional.. he was kind on the phone and had no problem coming earlier.. fixed my a/c in no time.. And charged a very reasonable price.. if you are looking for a honest, friendly and dependable a/c guy.. please give Rick a call .. He gets 5 stars with me.. It was late in the day when I called, Rick had just gotten home, with out hesitation Rick answered my questions and even met me with the part I needed. The professionalism and curiosity that we were given was above expectation. If you are looking for an a/c company that is in the business to help you with your needs and not over charge, Always Air A/C &Heating are the ones to call.
I called maybe around 7:30pm. It is now 8:20pm and my a/c is already fixed. I talked to the owner Rick Ramirez. Very nice and extremely helpful. Even took me outside to show me what was wrong and what he did. Will be the only person I call if I have a/c problems from now on.
Rick had outstanding customer service, was on time, explained everything that was wrong AND how he was going to fix it, was very affordable, and most importantly had my house back to freezing like we like it! If you ever have AC problems I highly, highly recommend this company!!! Thanks again Rick!
