Justin was on time, friendly, and knew his stuff. I will be using Justin every time going forward and highly recommend. WAY better experience and honest opinions than calling one of the huge companies.

Have used Always A/C multiple times for normal care and repairs. Justin has always been upfront and honest about what is or is not needed. The prices are great and has always been on time.

Came through for a 911 emergency install when our A/C went out in this record heat summer.
AVOID unless you just want a 10 minute visit and a cheap band aid on your AC. Scheduled an A/C tune-up. Justin came out and told us that the refrigerant was low and the capacitor was bad. Replaced the capacitor. A few days later the A/C started to run warm. Called Justin, he tried to squeeze us in on a Sunday, but due to miscommunication we missed it.(Not his fault). Tried to get rescheduled for Monday didn't get a response so I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday. He texted on Monday that he was coming at 3 and cancelled the appointment on Tuesday. At mondays visit he says the refrigerant needed to be charged (thought this was done already). Supposedly added it and told us it would take about an hour for the humidity to cycle out before the air started to cool. 4 hours later we were back at a hotel because air was not cool at all. Justin also stopped responding to our texts. We had a different AC company come to add refrigerant...air was immediately blowing cold. We knew we needed a new AC system Justin had told us, but we were also able to get that through the company that actually got the air to cool for several thousand $ less than Justin. Not sure if Justin just throws and aids on everything ordered if he just runs himself thin. Don't think he has techs that help him. Do not recommend.
