Caleb and Jake came up to my house for a duct cleaning, and did a fantastic job. They found tons of debris in my return air ducts from my recent remodel. I’ve noticed less allergies too. 10/10 service
Kenny and Caleb called before coming and arrived when expected. We were having issues with a a fuse blowing. I had previously hired another company who came out twice before Alvey and couldn’t find the issue and barely even tried. Kenny took the time to actually find the problem. He fixed all the exposed wiring that had been taped together that the previous guy ignored. These guys are super respectful, and I would recommend for hire.
My air conditioner had to be replaced, and Kenny and his son gave me quality service in an extremely timely fashion. The communication was proactive and up front at each stage of the process, and I’ll be recommending them to my friends and family in the area.
I have used the services of Alvey Heating and Air for several years. They are always punctual, thorough and honest. They treat my home with respect and have kept my HVAC system in prime shape...sometimes even past prime. I trust them completely and recommend without reservation!
If you need help with your HVAC call the Alvey's. We have an old furnace and they were able to fix it. We know a new furnace/AC is in our future and their honesty has helped us with future needs. Thank you.
I didn't end up using their services due to time constraints, but they were nonetheless helpful in assisting me in identifying the source of my problem. Very friendly and courteous.
They came asap. Fixed ac unit in no time charged me half what other companies wanted to charge. Definitely recommend them.
My name is Rebecca Johnson. We had a brand new heating and air unit installed last year. A week ago we had an error code. Our house was about 60 degrees. We have been freezing! My husband and I have called several times and left several messages. We have not received any calls back. We had another company come out and they discovered the unit was not installed correctly! We shouldnt have to pay another company to fix the mistake of another. This is horrible business. Especially for one that says they pride themselves on customer satisfaction.
These guys are the best of the best. They beat all the rest. Hands down my favorite HVAC crew, and best of all their family owned too. They get in and get the job done. Working for Alvey HVAC sounds really fun. Maybe that statement is sort of lame, afterall, what's in a name? ALVEY'S ROCK!!!
New customer They couldn’t even keep the appointment. They rescheduled for two hours later then couldn’t even make that appointment...... Looking for someone reliable, any suggestions?
Helped me over the phone fix a simple problem without charging me or having to send someone out. If I have a problem that requires a technician I will call these guys for sure.
I had Kenny go out a few times the first did he a phenomenal job at fixing my furnace I was so happy with his service. Then he went out a couple more times when I has having issues with my new AC. I called him this year before it gets to busy he was supposed to go out to my house on Wednesday at 3:30 by 4:00 there was no phone call I had to call him. He told me he was taking longer then expected & probably wouldn't make it so I asked if he could go out the next day. Thursday same thing 3:30 came around I waited until 4:00 before I called him no answer I called a few times & nothing. At least have the courtesy to let me know your not coming. I'm glad to say I found someone else that came out & fixed the problem.
I worked with Kenny many years, first Condo heater installation was great, high recommendations, but since he installed two heaters, water tanks and soft water tank in my house it has been rough. I'd say he is not great at trouble shooting or taking responsibility for errors. If it's a straight forward install, then great. Lots of problems with soft water but was assured my water tanks were getting soft water. Lots of problems with Co2 alarms going off and Questar tickets. I had fall maintenece this year. I asked specifically to change humidifier filter. Then I notice my humidifier is leaking horribly. I called Kenny and left messages twice, no call back. I got someone else to look at it. Filter very corroded with hard water minerals, outlet hose completely plugged with minerals. So much for maintenance. I looked in my furnace and there was no filter at all! I am sure Kenny wrote me off because of the problems, but hey I paid. I can deal with problems, not neglect and not lack of responsibility.
Kenny came quickly and promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without any fuss. He even spotted some things the installer missed/left behind from a year and a half ago. I'll use them next time I have an HVAC or plumbing problem.
Kenny took great care of me. I had my AC freeze up and had no idea what to do. He came out and explained exactly what happened and what I would need to do. He didn't stick me with a huge bill although the more I thought about it, he could have! My A/C wasn't working at all! Instead, he gave instructions on what to do and how I could un freeze it safely and I paid much much less than what I thought the repair was going to be. He will be the one I call forever! Great job Kenny - thank you
