Horrid horrid customer service, I called originally to ask pricing and never a return call. A few yrs later I managed an appt paying $6800. The technicians who installed it were fantastic but I heard a flopping noise as it worked. Again, no response from calls for just over a yr. 13 mths later a rude tech showed up and thought I was crazy plus tried to charge me saying it wasn't within a yr (2014) FastTrack to 2022, no answer to calls or voice-mail, finally an answer. I asked about cleaning and the flopping, he said "I have 3 emergency calls I'll call you back...lol l, ol lol NO CALL BACK! Just a heads up for the Fujitsu, don't expect heat, it will give you a but then cold air but the AC works great as long as you don't mind a flopping noise.

I have used Alton for the last 15 years for both furnace and AC. They are very professional and costs are quite reasonable. Locally owned, they provide good, responsive service, with pride in their work.
I have tried calling multiple times and multiple numbers they have listed to repair a furnace over the last 4 days and still no call back. Very disappointed.
Called to have technician install new portable AC unit. Left a message on voicemail. Received no callback.
If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR Rating I would Spent 4 days trying to get them to come by and all I have to show for it is a broken heater Called on a Friday NO ANSWER LEFT message for call back NOTHING CALLED AGAIN Sat Left Message NO CALL BACK Called Tuesday FINALLY got an answer was told they would be by between 1 and 3 pm NO SHOW, NO CALL. I called back at 4pm and no answer DONT WAIST YOUR TIME If this is the way they treat a new customer I would shutter to think how they will preform if there is a problem
