Randy is top notch. Not only does he get the job done right every time, but his prices are fair and Violet always helps to get us a prompt appointment. Randy is honest and very kind and even explains the repairs to us so that we understand the work. Will recommend Althouse to anyone everytime!

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Randy. We had 2 outdoor Daikin ductless units installed with 4 indoor heads back in May. His prices were more than fair after shopping around for estimates from multiple companies. We had window units prior to the install and the ductless units make such a difference with cooling and you can barely hear them running. Our electricity bill has been cut in half. We are excited to see how they heat come winter. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the workmanship was top notch.
