My A/C broke last summer. I thought it would be weeks before I could get a tech out. Lavelle was there in 2 days. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. I was so pleased with his work I had him do maintenance on my furnace. The furnace was 25 years old, so I had him install a dual heating system. He did a great job, would highly recommend.
Lavelle of Alpine Mechanical Services replaced my aging Goodman heat pump with a much more efficient Ruud heat pump. Lavelle is a courteous and capable HVAC technician who is very knowledgeable of all the HVAC details and he also is a very capable duct worker as he nicely adapted my new air handler to existing duct work. He is a good communicator and responds quickly to emails. I now have an efficient, properly installed heat pump, at a significantly lower cost than another brand quoted from a larger company.
Our furnace stopped working during one of the coldest weeks of the year so far and I texted Lavelle who was able to come out the same day. He took it apart and assessed that the heat exchanger had a crack in it and was actually releasing carbon monoxide into our home. Within 2 days he had a new furnace installed for us. From start to finish he was prompt with his communication, and gave top quality service for a very reasonable cost. Highly Recommend!

Our hvac system had reached end of life and we got several estimates after receiving a estimate from alpine mechanical the price for the top of the line system quoted by other companies was almost half what the other companies had quoted. Lavelle Was able to get the same equipment and install in two days after the holidays. Installation went smooth with no issues. We love our new Bosch system and recommend you get a estimate if you are in the market for a new system
Alpine Mechanical to the rescue ...again! I found this company about a year ago and they saved my fireplace (when nobody else could), so I was sure to call back when we needed help again! Lavelle is very knowledgeable, personable, honest and professional. Would not hesitate to hire this company for any heating or cooling needs. Highly recommend!

We had an estimate and installation for a/c and furnace. Lavelle had multiple options within our budget. Lavelle was very knowledgable of all our HVAC system's workings. He answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He had great costumer service, was very kind, efficient and professional. He was very prompt and did an excellent job installing our new A/C heating unit. We had a neat and clean install. Lavelle really went the extra mile to take care of your specific needs!!!
Fast, efficient, professional and excellent pricing. Definitely lots of experience and knows what he's doing. Probably one of the best companies I've worked with. He had everything he needed to complete the job. I was very impressed by how organized he was. Definitely going to recommend him to my friends and family!
If anyone needs HVAC work done definitely check out Alpine Mechanical services. Just had some work done with this black owned company and it looks great and works better. Work was reasonably priced and the owner communicated with me the whole way, answered any questions I had and was very nice to work with. Can't recommend him enough, especially with summer coming!
