No one is allowed to enter my home unless they are wearing a mask.....regardless of vaccination status. Yesterday I was scheduled for an annual furnace cleaning and the technician was not able or willing to comply with this request. Unfortunately I needed to cancel the appointment and I have already obtained a contract with another company that will comply with my masking requirement.
A/C was making a horrible noise. They came the same day, replaced the fan and motor, and all was good once again. Very reasonable price too.
Could not be an happier with the service I received today from Alpha Tech!! I called them on a Sunday afternoon and they were here within an hour. They showed me the problem and showed me how to prevent it from happening again. Very honest, friendly, and a better than reasonable price. I was a first time customer but there is no doubt I’ll be calling them back for future repairs and maintenance.
Alpha Techs just left and we are so happy with them. Our furnace died last night - one of the coldest nights of the year - and another company told us this morning that they couldn't get the part until the end of December and wanted to sell us a new furnace for $4000. I called Scott and they were here within an hour and replaced the part that we needed - no problem at all. They are honest and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't need. I highly recommend them!!!
Our A/C unit didn’t work this weekend. We just moved into our home and we’re very stressed we’d have a huge bill right up front. We called on a Monday describing the issue hoping to get a call back to schedule an appointment. A few hours later Scott and his partner were to the house that day, fixed our issue and had us up and running in 30 minutes. Very friendly, professional, and great to work with. They will absolutely have our business for any future needs.
Scott & his crew are AMAZING!! He's helped me at two different properties over the years and has been 5-star on every service call. I just can't say enough good things about him and his company. He's come on weekends, after hours, you name it, he's gone out of his way to help. He's super knowledgable, extremely honest, very nice and very resonable. It's so rare to find a company that's as good as his. Alpha Techs is a keeper.
Had an emergency situation with my gas furnance not working. I checked the obvious things myself, breaker wasn't tripped, kids didn't mess with emergency switch, etc. Scott responded to my call in a timely manner and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue (short in wire) and fixed it at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Dont ever call them for a ETA quote. They will wasted ur time. I recently called them to schedule a time to come to my house to ETA price on replacing gas furnace and AC on New Haven at 5 PM. I waited until 5:25PM and the technical person called me and tell me "We just passed your house and we took a look around the area and we unable to support this area dued to street parking" I told him i have a huge parking lot. Then he told me another random reason like the house is too small to be support?? Does it matter? IF U HAVE NO SKILLS OR NO TALENT then dont be in the market. And second, dont ever be late and tell me bunch of reasons and don want to come. You waste ur time and your customers. You lost a trust from a new customer when the business card was given from your company itself. I forgot to mention this person named Scott. Dont scheduled and promise something and not show up.
I'm happy with the boiler and LG ductless split installed in my house. Would recommend to others.
