Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.
Service was great. Sam arrived within an hour of me calling him. Sam quickly identified the problem with my furnace and fixed it immediately. I definitely recommend!
I called Alpha Omega to replace my Navient Combi Boiler. Sam responded right away and was able to arrive the same day! He was so helpful and very fast in the way he worked. His price was way better than the other two companies I tried before so I saved alot of money and frustration. Definitely will use this company again. Thank you!
Horrible service ever I had. All the thing he (his name Sam) needs is your money. I have trouble with combi heater Rianai hight efficiency unit. Then I caledl his plumber service. He came and When he saw my equipment which is new technology and he did not know how to fix it, he called Rinai customer Service but nothing job was done and all he want was money then ran out. I am so mad about his job. Not done at all but he charged me $100 and ran out. Please trust me if you dont want waste your time and your money. Be careful when you get this service in your place. Avoid it. Pass it. Horrible ever
Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

We've had Sam at the house a few times now for various projects and have nothing but praise for his work. He shows up at the time agreed upon and doesn't quit until the job is done. He keeps you advised as to what's going on with what he doing......... and he notices things that can be improved and brings them to your attention. The best part is he's a very personable, likable guy. No complaints here!
Perfect service and courtesy.. Sam has showed up just on time. He changed our on demand water heater as well as faucet in kitchen and fixed water pressure. He was very professional, quick and polite. We will absolutely recommend them. Thank you very much guys. Welldone..
AlphaOmega Plumbing did a great job. They had a very nice and friendly staff that fixed our furnace and our AC unit for us! They worked fast and gave a good deal. Definitely better than my past experiences. Now I have someone I can trust!
