Thanks to mike and his partner. They came to troubleshoot a main circuit breaker that may have Been caused by A/C unit. Turns out nothing wrong with unit. They did more troubleshooting than the electrician did the week prior. They did a super job. I have used your company in the past and pleased every time. Again thanks for a great job.
Mike and his crew came in and got the job done. Can't beat this for a homeowner , a new ac unit and furnace installed the same day in less than 4 hours. Amazing, house really feels great inside now , would highly recommend, to all homeowners.
Alpha Air's service exceeded my expectations. I was treated as if I were their only customer. Alpha quality of service was excellent and response time expedient. The Hvac tech, an expert in his field, thoroughly explained the nature of the problem and presented the solution with confidence and concern. In addition to their expertise in Hvac, Alpha Air is one of the few companies with exceptional people skills. I'm a very happy customer.
Great Company! Great Work! Everyone was so friendly and courteous; from the secretary who handles the calls, to the workers who came to my home to do the installation. After explaining my financial situation to the secretary, I was even given the option to do an installment agreement. This company is so understanding and empathetic to the needs of their customers. I am not normally a "review person", however, I could not let others who may need great air condition services to pass this company up. PS- they work really fast too! They took out my old air condition unit (inside and outside) and put in the brand new unit in less than four hours. I highly recommend you give them a call. You won't regret it!!!
We use Alpha Air for all of our air conditioning and heating repairs at 2 businesses and at our home. Mike and his staff are always friendly and easy to contact when we need them. We have been very pleased with their service for over 10 years!!! We would highly recommend Alpha Air !!!
