My husband and I bought a house last year knowing the AC unit would be our first big expense. Sure enough, after one year, the AC started to make an awful noise when turned on. Of course, when Mike got here (on a Saturday!), it wouldn't make the noise, but he didn't let that stop him. He listened to me explains exactly what I was hearing and took the unit apart and found out we had a major component about to go out (which we were expecting a year ago honestly). He advised us it was best to replace the unit since ours is probably 25 years old or so. He was thorough in explaining the process and making sure our furnace would be compatible with the new AC unit. I was also expecting to have to wait a while, but Mike called on the next business day and said he had the unit and paperwork ready and was ready to pull a late evening if we wanted it installed that day. The install was so smooth and quick. Mike was very respectful of my home and didn't leave a single thing for me to have to pick up or clean. We purchased their service plan immediately because I know they will take excellent care of the system and keep it running for a long time.

Aloha was absolutely fantastic. They made every contact on time or earlier than promised, provided quick solutions with multiple options, and had our air back up and running better than before within their promised time frame.

I met Mr Upshaw and was given his card. He was very detailed oriented and professional in his answers to my questions about possibly using his company service. I will most definitely use Aloha Air in the near future all because of Rhea Upshaw. I will also share with family, friends, and coworkers.

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Mike Johnson at Aloha Heating and Air! Thankfully I’m a comfort club member and when disaster struck today, Aloha came through big time! I called at 1:17pm and by 2:30 Mike had traveled from midtown, diagnosed, and fixed my ac. Absolute modern day super hero!
Mike was extremely professional and friendly He explained what needed to be done to fix my ac and gave me an accurate quote before asking if he could start the repairs. I am very satisfied with Aloha and Mike for the service provided and look forward to having twice annual preventative maintenance to keep my heating and air running smoothly in the future. Unfortunately the system was beyond saving, but Ken came out and looked at what caused the problem a second time and He and Mike were able to help me get a new ac system. Ken and Ron came out today and did great work installing the new AC unit. I am very pleased with the work and friendly and professional way it was completed.

Ken was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to explain everything that was wrong with our AC unit. He was very thorough with the cleaning of our unit and it looks like new! He took the time to explain parts, services, maintenance tips, and his step by step process of fixing our AC issues. The repair was done very efficiently and we will continue to use Aloha for all of our HVAC needs in the future!
I needed an AC last summer, when one company took months to respond with a price, Aloha came out and replaced my AC within a week. I also use them to service my 2 other units.
