Eddie is the best! He was super responsive, transparent and good work at fair price. He provided maintenance suggestions and even gave advice on certain filters to use that could save me money (specifically not to overpay for filter). Will use him again and again
I called Almeida Heating & Air yesterday because my upstairs a/c went out in the middle of this heat wave. Eddie called me back promptly, and came to the house within 2 hours! He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. In no time, he diagnosed the problem, and replaced the failed part. His pricing was extremely reasonable and affordable. I absolutely reccomend Almeida Heating & Air, and will be using them for all my heating and air needs. Thanks Eddie!

This company installed two mini split systems in our house with the professionalism that I expect from any company. They truly cared about the look of how the systems were going to appear on my property and took care not to damage anything during the installation process. Also thanks for one of the best nights sleep I have had in a long time especially on a muggy night. 100% recommendation from me for them!
So these last 4 days were awful because of this heat wave and my ac broke out of no where. I had multiple companies cancel, and not show, but thankfully My friend told me about Almeida’s and I gave them a call to find out he was 2 min down the road! I was in luck because he was busy, but yet he still made time for me due my house being 90 degrees. He came because he was concerned, not because he needed the money. Upon arrival he was very professional and helped me right away. As soon as he went in my attic he came back down within 5 minutes to get a part, and installed it ! He was here for about 15 min and my ac was up and running again. The prices are very very reasonable and I couldn’t be more happier with the services he provided. I will only trust this company from now on due to the many mistakes and disasters I’ve dealt with in the last. This company is professional, respectful, fast and prices are affordable. I would give them 10 stars if I could !!!!!!!
Eddie is honest, friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived and resolved my AC problem within an hour. I was told that I needed a new unit for “thousands” of dollars and Eddie just charged the unit for 10 times LESS that price!! So refreshing to find decent honest people for a change! Thank you so much Eddie!! Will definitely pass your name around!!
I used almeida a couple of months ago and he was promt to provide service and got my unit up and going in no time and his prices are more than reasonable. I just had to call again today for an issue and again he was prompt and professional. He's the only guy I'll be using from now on. Highly recommended.

Eddie is is knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable. Not only is his pricing incredibly competitive, he will go above and beyond to get the job done. Eddie helped us get our AC back up and running after years of neglect from the previous home owner. He is also very accommodating and will work around your schedule. I wouldn't choose anyone else.
Eddie went above and beyond his service the belt on my heater broke he drove 2 hours to find one other places advertised emergency 24 hour service never returned my calls they were all answer services eddie answered his phone i cant thank him enought if anyone ever needs help call him an dont give it a second thaugh there is no one better.

Honest, reasonable price, professional and dependable!! Eddie saved me thousands as I was ready to replace my whole AC system because I was told it was old and on it's way out by someone else. During the middle of a heatwave he was out and had it up and running in a few hours!! Only cost me hundreds instead of thousands!! Thank you Eddie!!
