July 11, 2022 UPDATE. I had an evap installed and thought everything was fine. Well it's not. I just crawled out from under the house, and evidently I've been cooling UNDER not in, because the freakin duct are NOT connected. I texted the number, and called from a different phone,because I figured he was avoiding me, but I talked to the poor guy that now has the phone number, and I feel sorry for him. Now I have to figure out how fix it. This is a fantastic company. Extremely responsive. I had contacted Jason in regards to having an evap cooler installed. He came out, quoted me a price that was just shy of half that of his competitors, we agreed on a day and he installed it, as it was agreed on. Definitely, id toy are looking for HVAC repair, or, as in my case, evap work, you should ABSOLUTELY give Jason a call.
I got an entire system from him and then 4 weeks later does not work and will not return phone calls and the phone is disconnected. New repairmen says job done wrong. NOT HAPPY but can not locate Jason. RIPPED OFF
Highly satisfied with the quality, schedule, attention to detail, and well planned execution of work from this experienced and fully licensed/insured sole proprietor for the replacement of my complete 5 TON AC/Furnace/Condenser and 50 Gal Water Heater. My home in Continental Reserve previously had the same Builder Grade AC, Furnace, and Water heater since it was built in 2004. “Allways” was one of four firms I received comprehensive upgrade and replacement quotations from. I had a direct referral to Jason (“Allways” Owner) from another contractor who had done exemplary work on my Kitchen and Bath. Jason met with me and took ample time to comprehensively assess my needs and offer solutions that exceeded my expectations. We were not only able to upgrade and replace the AC Condenser, AC Cased Coil, AC Furnace, and Water Heater, But we were able to do so in a fashion that should reduce my expected energy consumption by 20-25%. We implemented smart thermostatic controls through Google Nest, and we Zone Controlled a portion of my house that is not regularly used. Jason also suggested and executed the installation, at a few key locations, upgraded duct work, mixing boxes, and improved system sealing to improve airflow throughout my home with minimal system design changes. “Allways” worked with contractor supply houses locally to expedite the equipment agreed upon in a time where these commodities were in High Demand to complete the Work in a quicker turnaround than other larger companies had quoted me. During the three days of work Jason communicated extensively and exhaustively with me to accommodate my schedule and many concerns. I am very detail oriented and Jason patiently took care to impress on the details. Ultimately “Allways” completed the work inside schedule and at a competitive price point even when compared to firms who purport to do 10+ full installs a day in Greater Tucson.
