Professional and went beyond what I expected them to do and still stay at the price quoted.

Paid Allstate to diagnose my leaking A/C and told us that our pan was rusted out and they were wanting to sell us a new unit. We were not ready to buy a new unit, but Allstate did not want to leave empty handed and said that our main drain line was clogged up and changed us to clear it out. Only to find out that having the line cleaned out did not stop the unit from leaking. After several attempts at calling them back and leaveing messages, it appeared that they knew that the pan needed to be replaced and they were only willing to sell us a new unit and they were not willing to warranty there previous work. I was forced to look elsewhere for a different company who did replace my pan (at a fraction of the cost of having the whole system replaced) and now my system is running without any issues. I really wanted to work with Allstate but they did not return my calls after they finished their work and my system continued to leak. This is unacceptable for a company who claims to be "Award winning 100% satisfaction and 100% money back guarantee". How will I ever get my money back if they never return my calls??? If this is a reputable company then I hope they will keep their word and I will update this review.
First of all, I don’t ever leave reviews but this company deserves it. I have used this company on more than one occasion for good reason. Their same day service is literally life saving. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and diagnoses the problem quickly, and repairs it just as fast. There’s even a warranty on the parts he had replaced. I would highly recommend Allstate!
I would not recommend this company, I paid to have my unit fixed and all he did was patch it up so that it would eventually fail and they would charge us again. Very disrespectful person, when you call him out on his bad work. Save your money and call a real professional this guy a crook.
Repaires completed within 1.5 hrs of my call for help. Jeremy had the problem diagnosed and a quote within minutes. Repairs were completed very efficiently there after.
What a great company to deal with. Had a problem keeping the temps down, and called Allstate. Jeremy was out the next day, and had my problem fixed in no time. Even came in under his estimate. Highly recommend these guys!!
