There customer service and workmanship was impeccable! When they where done it was as if they where never there everything was cleaned up and everything that was promised they delivered on. There pricing was competitive and actually better than other local company’s we checked before hand. I would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of A/C work and or repairs! Thank you Glen and crew for all your hard work!
Glenn to the rescue again! Installing new thermostats and we had issues. Called Glenn and he was there in no time and walked us through what we were doing wrong and made sure that everything was right. Always nice to know we have someone local that knows his stuff! Highly recommend Glenn and the Allstars Electric team for anyone needing help with anything AC related!
Beware of severe price gouging with Glenn and this company. He will take advantage of the fact that you don’t know what a reputable company would charge. He is quick to point out that he quoted a rate and I agreed to pay it because I didn’t realize he was the type of person to charge 6 times what a reasonable repair would cost. He also likes to point to the fact that I waited 2 days to call him and confront his overcharging service and he’s right because it took 2 days before I realized that I was severely duped. I spoke with some legitimate companies and got the truth. He charged me right at $1500 for a $250-$300 job. Feel good about yourself Glenn. I hope someone treats you and your family the exact same way. You deserve it. Please do your research and avoid this company and its owner at all cost. He can’t even be an honorable man once he’s confronted with the fact that I now know he swindled me and make this right. He has the opportunity to the right thing, but he won’t. He’s got my money, don’t give him yours.
Cannot say enough wonderful things about the owner Glenn and his team. Called them they came out same day and diagnosed problem. Glenn went well and beyond to get me a temporary fix until the repair today. This is a quality company to use
Our A/C stopped cooling yesterday morning on what was predicted to be the hottest day of the year. I made several calls in vain yesterday trying to find an A/C company to come out to service our unit. Glenn at Allstars squeezed us in that evening between 5 and 7 pm. He showed up within the allocated time frame and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. Glenn and his assistant truly saved the day for us.
Gave them a call in the afternoon and made it out within a couple hours. Got my ac diagnosed very fast and fixed. Very professional. Would highly recomend.
I would highly recommend Allstars to anyone looking for a company to help service their ac, heating or electric. They are extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. They actually helped fix issues that have been band-aided over by other companies. They gave helpful suggestions and seemed happy to do the job. I called them for an electrical problem. Two other electricians had tried to solve the problem but failed. These guys succeeded. They were professional, helpful, and easy to talk to. A bit pricey - they charged according to a price book, rather than by the hour - but it was worth it.
Allstar came out on a Saturday and had the house cooled within 1 hour of their arrival. In addition Allstar cleaned my AC units thoroughly.
They came out soon after my call and solved my house’s electrical issues quickly. The work was excellent and matched their estimate.
EXCESSIVE OVERCHARGE!!! I was very ill at the time my A/C went out and since this company was right down the street, I thought it would be a safe bet to have them repair my unit. The issue was that the motor in the handler went out and I was informed that it would be $850.00 total to replace the motor. Well, I received a notice from All Stars informing me that the motor was under warranty and he could replace it first thing the next morning. I said great, go ahead. Well his son came and replaced the motor and was here for approximately one hour and charged me over $850.00. Remind you, he told me it was under warranty. When I called him and asked for an itemized bill, he got testy and told me that we were neighbors and that he took care of me. Well, he didn’t lie about taking care of, because he damn sure did! I figure that I was overcharged to the tune of about $700.00. I think $150.00 is more than sufficient for one hour of labor.
I had a bad system that would not keep me cool in the summer. Allstars came out and recommended I get a system that was suitable for my size house. After the professional and quick install, my house stays cool and my electricity usage went down. Apparently my old system was not able to keep up and had to run longer and would not even keep my house cool. Glenn is very professional and his appearance is the way a service individual should be, not like some one that came out of sewage work.
Glenn and his team at Allstars Electrical were amazing. Our heat stopped working right before the crazy storm last week and Glenn was able to get us a new unit and have it installed in 24 hours! My husband, two young children, 2 dogs and I are extremely grateful for the quick response and hard work this company put in for us. I would recommend them 100% to anyone who needs repairs to their system, general maintenance, or a new system. They are professional, kind, honest, and clean (they even vacuumed up after themselves!). Thanks to Glenn and his team for saving us from the cold!!
Glenn was extremely knowledgeable and fixed a broken breaker extremely fast. He also made suggestions based on his observation of the panel.
Was quick and pleasant. They also advised me on questions I had. Price was reasonable.
We had called them out for electrical. When they showed up, they explained that what I was trying to do was way more work and money than I had expected, and provided an easy way to fix my problem. I told them I could fix it myself then after learning what the easy fix was, to which he told me I could send of photo of what it looked like first in case I wasn't confident with it. Was very helpful and respectful, and will absolutely use them in the future.
Allstars Electric Heating and Air Conditioning did a fantastic job and came out to my home during New Years weekend to do emergency electrical repair work. Friendly, fair, transparent and efficient - they got a big job done in only a few hours. Definitely recommend working with them!
