Tom and the All Star team replaced my 20 year old furnace and AC yesterday. He was very thorough, explained everything through the estimate process. During the process of replacement the team was very clean and eliminated any worries I had. All Star is now my go to HVAC company. Very responsive and reasonable.
We've trusted AllStar with our heating and A/C needs for 11 years, and today they replaced our old furnace and air conditioner. Tom and crew are extremely dependable, reasonably priced, knowledgeable, and responsive to our calls. Amazing service from a reputable company. Highly recommend!

When my old A/C suddenly died during a heatwave and my usual repairman was unable to help us out, he called in Tom with All Star. He showed up within the hour, confirmed the old unit was shot, got on the phone and was able to locate a new one, and he and his team had it installed and running by 8:30 that night! I cannot tell you how blessed I felt! They were all very professional and I am confident in the work they did. It didn't take long for my house to go from a very muggy 88 degrees to a cool and comfortable 74. I am very happy and would definitely recommend Tom and his company.
The summer of 2020 we were forced to replace our entire HVAC system and after many bids and requests for referrals from friends, Tom's name came up a couple times. After meeting each of these companies directly and having them come out and inspect and give me a quote I knew that Tom was the guy. I didn't get some "sales" kid coming out trying to tell me what to buy. Tom's many years in the business gave me advice about what I really needed not what he hoped to upsell me. He talked me through every aspect of what he would do and his approach to install which gave me confidence in what I was getting. His response for the initial install was very prompt despite being in the heat of summer which is surely a busy time. His bid wasn't the lowest nor was it the highest by far. His bid was fair and i strongly felt that his quality of work and customer service provided made him stand out to me. I just finished scheduling my system inspection before bringing it up for summer and he came out within 2 days after the weather was warm enough to do a proper inspection and test.
We have been customers of AllStar for over 9 years and have always been happy with the service received. Aside from the bi-annual maintenance checks, AllStar installed our new AC, installed heating vents for new basement, replaced water heater and water softener and many other service calls because they are always my first call. we trust Tom and his team with access to our house and all our needs.
Tom came out on a Sunday to repair our broken AC unit. He was fast and efficient. Will be using him again.
We have used AllStar for over 10 years now. The 1st call was due to needing an honest quote when I was told I needed a new furnace. All that was needed was to replace the coil. Over the years we have had our A/C unit replaced in our old home and the furnace and A/C serviced each year. They installed a new water softener in our new home and was able to find a solution to make it look all nice and neat and not make new holes in the ceiling. I recently asked AllStar to go to my folks home when someone tried to tell them they needed a new A/C and Furnace and all that was truly needed was a $160 part on the furnace. I appreciate the honesty and good work that has always been done for us and now my folks. I have referred several friends and everyone has been happy with the service and prices. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.
Tom arrived as scheduled took the time to listen to my questions and concerns and offered several options for our central air replacement. He had the install done the same day and even followed up after completion of the project. Highly recommend!
Tommy and his crew were quick and so professional! Growing up my mom used All star heating and cooling and now that I live in my own home I also use All Star Heating and Cooling!! Great company!!! Great people!
We've used Tom and All Star for over 15 yrs now, for AC repair and install, heating, humidifiers and sump pump installation. Tom is an expert in the field and responds quickly and can get to the job very timely. He is a straight shooter and won't try to sell you something you don't need.
All Star to the rescue once again! Heater went out about 5pm, and less than an hour later we are toasty warm! Thank you!
All-Star has done several jobs for us now and we are always very satisfied with their work and prices. Tom has always been wonderful. We wouldn't call anyone else! He always responds quickly and works around our schedule. He's even noticed other problems around the house like loose boards on the fence or a screen door that won't close and repaired them at no cost! Last week he replaced our AC unit. The whole installation couldn't be completed in one day because of the rain so he brought us a window unit and installed it in our bedroom so we could sleep comfortably that night. He is always going above and beyond! Can't recommend All-Star enough!

In my experience with tommy he has shown not only professionalism but also a wide- range of knowledge while working on our AC unit. We were able to ask questions and get answers on a ventilation issue we had been dealing with. He quickly came and fixed our problem and followed up with us throughout the next week to make sure everything was running smooth! Best, friendliest service we could have asked for!
