I am very dissatisfied by the service that was provided. This company is price gouging its customers. I was told I needed to replace my TSI and it was going to cost me over $335.00 for the part alone. Of course I googled it to see what it was and could not find anything on it. It turned out what the technician called a TSI was a capacitor, he had the part in his truck and the part sells for no more than $50.00 and I am overstating that amount. I understand that the price of things have gone up and he is entitled to make money, but geez he increased the price by over 1000%, this is ridiculous. To Add injury to insult he told me I also needed a boost and the unit cleaned, he wanted to bill me over $850.00 total, when I explained I could not afford that he reduced the serviced and supposedly gave me the boost for free. In this day and age it is so hard to find honest, reliable people. They are definitely not, do not use the.
Fast and Honest- I called and was able to get service same day. Joe Navarro was able to quickly identify the problem and was honest. Some companies go out of their way to make up problems and Joe did not. Fast, honest and great customer service all the way around. I will definitely be using Allstar for all my future needs.
An honest technician. I would call him for next service again. He diagnosed the problem and explain the issue to the details. Appreciate his honesty.
Personnel and company rocks without a doubt five star service on a days notice without any hesitation. Dog chewed up my electrical harness to the main AC unit and they came out the next day and repaired with the quickness. Would like to add they did install this unit as well and they did it in record time when my original unit went out definitely recommend to anybody looking for repair service or installation!

Great service at affordable prices
I would have to say there services were quick and efficient with working on the air conditioning unit in my home. They were able to fix my AC a couple times now and it's better than ever. Thank you to this amazing company for the help, and support they have given us through these AC repairs.
I called to have my ac looked at because it wasnt working properly. Come to find out it was the compressor. They ordered the part and came today to finish the job. Very friendly and fast service. The prices are great as well. Highly recommend them if anyone needs to have the ac or heating looked at.
I wish I had read alpha males review an hour ago. We had the same issue. I did not mind paying the service fee of $125; however, he then said it would be $475 to fix our transformer. My husband did not want to wait but I wanted to price around. I knew we were being overcharged. smh. My advice is to price around.
Needed my air conditioner looked at cause it was not blowing enough cold air so I called this company cause I liked their reviews. I was really impressed starting from the lady that answered my call. They are family owned and they know alot about efficiency. Prices are reasonable for the quality of work. Very happy with the service.

Our heater stopped working last night and it was freezing in the house. I looked up companies and ran into Allstar and read the reviews. I called a few companies and they seemed more easy to work with plus they were less expensive. They came right away and fixed it and charged me less than I thought it would cost. I recommend you try these guys.
A very good experience with great people. ALLSTAR Air Conditioning came to install a brand new A/C unit for me. I checked around with a couple of companies ahead of time and I got the best bid from ALLSTAR. I went with them because of how thorough their inspection and assessment was before giving me their bid.They really dug deep and checked everything out so that they could give me the most accurate assessment possible. I come from a parallel industry so I can appreciate it when somebody's doing such quality work. They got the job done right and I have no complaints!
My tech Jose Navarro was right on time and very polite. He explained everything clearly and made sure l understood what he was telling me and all my options. I will definitely use AllStar again.

We called allstar to check out our broken a/c a joe navarro shows up and lets us know it's a $95.00 fee to look at it, hmm, he then proceeds to diagnose the a/c with a bad transformer that needs to be replaced for a mere $500.00, hmm, we paid him his $95.00 (wasted money) to get rid of him called another a/c repair low and behold they diagnose the a/c with a bad transformer and relay switch, did the repair for labor, parts and service call ($45.00) and applied it to the repair of $275.00 hmm. I wouldn't recommend allstar air conditioning and heating not even to an enemy. Go riddance and enjoy the $95.00 and the bad review.
