Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! They are incompetent and will rip you off, lie to you and leave you hanging after they damage your system. Stay away! They almost fried my system by incorrectly installing a UV light that never even worked because they wired it wrong — for which they charged an astronomical rate. Then they tried to tell me the problem was my thermostat, and wanted $245 to install a new one (that I provided!) This was after they left my system nonfunctional for nearly a week while I waited for my appt. Then they said if it wasn't the thermostat, I'd have to replace my 7-year-old compressor. They refuse to itemize costs, lie about everything and then deny any fault. They're evil. That's just the latest of many horrible experiences. Do NOT hire them!

My home warranty assigned this company to take a look at a leak behind my tub. A technician came out 6 days ago on a Friday and confirmed the leak but would need to submit his notes to my insurance before repairing anything. I have called all week and I am being told there is only one woman at Allpha Home Services that handles plumbing and who seems to be busy or away from her desk every time I’ve called. My name and phone number are taken down but I have yet to receive a call back. I go online to check my claim and there is a note from Allpha Home Services stating that my issue has been resolved. I am very disappointed with the level of service I have received or lack thereof. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to take care of your home. If you notice there are other nonpositive reviews and no remarks from the company on their apologies for their experience or any effort to make it right.

I have no issues with the service, the techs that come out are great. Scheduling an appointment is not an issue, What I have an issue with and still have the issue is the billing department. I paid for a year service and my credit card was still being charged the monthly fee. I called the billing department numerous times to have them stop charging my card. This went on for four months, they finally stopped charging my credit card. I ask for a refund of the four months, I got a voice mail that I would be refunded check of $45, that never happened. I called back numerous times again to ask about the refund, also to let them know that it should be a refund for four months not two. To this day I am still getting the run around. I am very disappointed with this company, I paid for a year to have your service and I can't trust there word. So I'm out the 1 year service and $90 that was charged to my credit card that should not have been.

Our warranty company chose this company for us, for our AC. The approval process in the beginning took a while which is understanding, but once the equipment arrived in town and it was in ALLPHA’s hands, they completely wasted our time. We started our claim June 11 it is now July 19 with no resolution. They showed up July 18 and had us thinking we finally would have it replaced to find out they ordered the WRONG equipment from supplier!! Mind you, it has already been 5 weeks total waiting for this. Yes, mistakes happen but this company knew the urgency and had the nerve to blame the warranty. My husband and I called every single day to stay updated we spoke to LORI and CRYSTAL. THEY ORDERED IT WRONG AND WOULDN’T ADMIT FAULT. They ordered an electric but we needed gas. We had a tech come and mentioned to me how the gas flex hose would need to be redone so they knew. The problem is instead of taking responsibility for their actions and supplying us with the proper equipment (I repeat again they knew the urgency of how we needed this fixed) they told the warranty that they could not service it and dropped our claim so now we have a different vendor coming. They didn’t want to pay for the correct equipment to make up for THEIR error and be reimbursed by the warranty later. We literally call these people every single day and I repeat... they know the urgency!! But they would rather have us wait on the warranty process all over again to send equipment, even though they would get reimbursed for it if they would just go and get it. When my husband asked the lady she told him straight up no they would not do that. Also, the lady named Crystal here is extremely rude and did not want to admit they made an error, but that’s besides the point we just want a resolution. As a company there are better steps to take and they clearly don’t seem to care. I do not recommend this company they are terrible, the staff is rude, the technicians are not available, (The equipment had arrived

My A/C unit quit on the morning of July 3rd. It took a while for the technician to get to me but hey, it’s July in San Antonio, TX. When the tech arrived she showed me that my outdoor unit was invaded by ANTS!!! The tech was very helpful and I was so happy that I was important to her on that day. NEVER SHOWED UP, DIDN'T CALL. Very unprofessional, straight up rude. My home warranty svc assigned this business to service my water heater. NEVER showed up, didn't bother to call me to let me know they weren't coming. When I called to find out where my tech was an hour 1/2 after my appointment, the lady told me she had a tech in my area, but couldn't send him because he couldn't work on my water heater- he doesn't have the expertise. Not sure why they'd schedule an appointment without having a tech available who could fulfill the request, but ok. She promised to have someone out the next morning, 1st thing in the morning- before 9:30a. Again, no show, no call. Communication is key. If you can't do the job, don't take the request- simple. When I called BACK again (because she didn't call)- she informed me that the techs were at Home Depot picking up supplies. Couldn't have been for my request, because they hadn't been out here- so I don't care where they are, I care about where they are NOT. So I ask when they WILL be here, because I made myself available 2 days in a row, she told me "I DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO SEND OUT TO YOU, I'M GOING TO CALL THE WARRANTY COMPANY AND HAVE THEM REASSIGN THE ORDER." ..... then she hung up in my face. I get people have bad days. My water heater has been down for over a week- my week isn't going well. But you do your job and don't take your frustrations out on customers. Granted, I don't like my warranty company, and it's because of them assigning businesses like this to me as a their customer. I'm definitely canceling with them, they suck. But I would never refer anyone to this business because of how unprofessional they are. No show on appointments, LYING about rectifying the situation they've made even worse, and absolutely rude customer service. I called her back after she hung up on me- and I wasn't rude like she was. I could've been, but she obviously was having issues that day that had nothing to do with me, so I chose to maint

Absolutely terrible. My home warranty selected them . They came in and checked my water softener and it was bad , now good luck to make them finish the job by sending the diagnosis to the warranty company.which stalls the time for the repair now 2 weeks no repair called them 4 times they don’t return phone calls Worst service I have ever received. If I could give them no stars I would. Now I might need to pay another 65 dollors to my warranty company to choose another plumbing company hah after 2 weeks of waiting now I’m starting point again….

Absolutely terrible. My home warranty selected them. Appointment was booked for Wed 11-1500. Asked for a rough estimate so I could be home when they arrived. Told me 1200, 1300 rolls around and no call. They called me at 1600 to tell me they are arriving in 20 mins. Technician showed up at 1855. I authorize them to charge my credit card and they didn’t. Called Thurs to follow up and told me the tech was getting the parts. Friday afternoon I called and they told me they couldn’t do anything without the service fee being paid, which I already authorized them to do so. I called my warrant place and they also never sent in the diagnosis either which stalls the time even more. Worst service I have ever received. If I could give them no stars I would.

Do not hire these people. They are never on time and never show up when they say they will. Also it took them over 6 weeks to install a new shower in my home among a comical amount of errors. A job that should have taken a couple of days. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
