Our gas heating system stopped working during the coldest day of the year right after xmas. We were fridged and called Allied Service Co. Bob came the next day, on time, diagnosed that the heating system needed to be replaced, and proceeded to do so all within only a few hours. Amazing. He and his assistant were very professional, gave us a great price, and we were warm and toasty the same day. Of course, we would recommend him!
Bob is professional, on time, reasonable and reliable. I come back every time!
When we bought our apartment, Allied was supposed to have fixed some plumbing problems. The previous owners showed us the receipt, so I know they came out - but the problem (a loose toilet) was not fixed. I called and emailed several times. They kept saying they would come out but never did. I even called the DC consumer complaints people. Allied told them they would fix the problem but they still did not respond to my calls and email. After I posted this the owner posted a response promising to fix it. This is after I had tried to get a response from him for several months and he did nothing. Only after I posted my comment did he respond. As he knows, I have already hired somebody else to fix the problem.

DO NOT BELIEVE THESE FAKE REVIEWS. This is a pure con, “owned” by Robert Alexander Gable and Kelly Eileen Gable of 715 Weller Drive, Mount Airy, MD 21771 in Howard County. Please check Maryland’s online casesearch database. Both are convicted felons. They won’t/can’t accept credit card payments because they are on the MasterCard/Visa Terminated Merchant file. They use other fake entities like Apex Service Co, Apex Service Co Inc, RH Inc, Gable Enterprises, Bob Gable Enterprises, Army National Guard Inc (note the inc!), etc. CALL THE POLICE AND PRESS CHARGES. TAKE HIS PICTURE. We know where all of their bank accounts are located. THIS IS A PURE FRAUD! THEY STOLE $6000 from me!
We had a leak at home that ruined our furnace / air conditioner compressor in our basement. Bob came in and identified the issues and fixed the leak and also replaced everything we needed the same day. 6 months later, and everything is still working great. Had another issue with a water leak and Bob came quickly to fix it. He noticed water leaking out of our water heater and saved us from a 2nd mess in the basement. Had that replaced too and noticed a marked improvement in our hot water supply also. Courteous, on time, and delivered good work. Will use again.
Well trained and always on time
We have been using Allied Service Company for all our heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs for over 20 years. The first time we called Allied, they came out the very same day and our house was warm and toasty by the end of the day. Over the years we have always had quick, professional and fair priced service.
