With concern that my ac unit was failing and I was looking at an expensive repair I called allied air services based off a recommendation. Chase from allied was at my house the same day. They did a full inspection on my unit and concluded that it was my thermostat that needed replaced. They replaced my thermostat and everything is running exactly as it should. The entire experience was speedy, professional, and fair priced. An honest company that's not just trying to sell me something I didn't need. I highly recommend allied air services and will definitely be using them in the future.
Doug and Chase waited patiently for us to get there as we were running a little late. They immediately got started on finding the problem and had fixed it and running great and explained the procedure it was like having a team of doctors. Kudos to Allied !!!
After numerous visits from a big name HVAC company for a mysterious issue on a system they installed, finally went to get a second opinion to prove it wasn't all in my head. Allied Air had it figured out in an hour, which not only saved wear and tear on my unit, but a LOT of money in my electric bill. Since then I have been using them for family homes as well as rentals, and they have been extremely professional, honest, and a great value. Allied Air is my first phone call for all HVAC issues now.

Doug and Chase did an excellent job replacing our downstairs HVAC system! Throughout the process, they provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. Once we decided on the equipment to install, they provided me with accurate timelines and worked efficiently and professionally to complete the installation. I work from home, and I hardly even noticed they were there! We’re looking forward to having them come back to replace the old upstairs system soon. Overall, they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and detailed in their work. And they’re nice guys as well :)
I've known Doug and Chase many years. Their collective knowledge of equipment, installation and all the tricks of the trade that come from decades of trade work put them at the top of the list for my first call when HVAC issues come up in my home. In fact, they're the only company on my list. If they're busy, I'll wait until their schedule opens up. At times, they work with me to trouble shoot a problem over the phone. Recently, I thought I might have a very expensive repair to both my upstairs and downstairs AC units. Doug and Chase researched options and made a lower cost service solution. When they showed up to do the job, an even lest costly option became evident and we went with that. Now it's cool in the house - and in my wallet! Thanks, guys, for thinking on your feet and helping me out.

Allied Metal is the best HVAC company I have ever had service my house. They are a very small, family owned business and do excellent work. They have the most reasonable rates in town and have very prompt call back and service times. I have used this company for 10 plus years, and recommend them to all my family and friends!! If you are looking for a new heating and air company, I highly recommend them!!!!
