We’ve used Matt with Alliance Heat/Air numerous times for our HVAC issues. He’s helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and professional and he always charges a fair price. I would recommend Alliance Heating and Air!
Matt was our tech they sent out, and he did a great job we have an older unit and multiple things went out out and he was able to get us back and running in no time once the parts were found

Matt was incredibly responsive and on time. Once he arrived for the repair he diagnosed and repaired our HVAC unit within 30 minutes. We would definitely use Alliance Heating and Air again for any of our HVAC needs!
Matt responded and found the problem immediately which was a leak that caused refrigerant to escape. He repaired it and refilled the refrigerant. Matt was very Informative , professional and friendly. He represented the company well. Thank you!

They were efficient, good communication, friendly, and on time. All qualities I couldn't find with the first 2 contractors assigned to my heat issue. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Well, here is the finished "repaired" product. This vendor was chosen by my home warranty company. Took just about 4 weeks to get a part that the warranty company told me the # was incorrect from the vendor and Alliance refused come out to check on my emergency heat until all the uncovered charges (that I was not aware of) were approved. So I & my family were without any heat for the last week of December and 2-1/2 weeks of January - which temps didn't even reach 32 degrees. Horrific communication with both the warranty company and alliance. But...take a look at my finished pics and decide for yourself. I will never recommend them. They were professional and polite while at my home....but wow...the quality of workmanship.
The Alliance Heating and Air Technician that was sent to our home through our home warranty came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty ignition switch on our gas furnace. He proceeded to tell us he was ordering parts and would be back within a week to fix it. It has now been 12 days and we received a call from our home warranty stating that while they were checking on the status of the order with Alliance, they were informed by Alliance that Alliance doesn't work on our type of system. This comes AFTER waiting for the initial diagnosis, the supposed order of the part, and waiting for installation, and waiting for Alliance to return to fix our heat in the middle of winter and temperatures are between 25 and 35 degrees overnight! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
Matt SAVED CHRISTMAS! He went out of his way to come fix our heat on Christmas Eve when no one else could come out for another 2-3 days. After 2 days of waking up to our house temp being in the 40s, and not being able to go home for the holidays until the problem was fixed, I am beyond grateful for his selflessness. He quickly knew what the problem was and fixed it right away. I cannot recommend him enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Terrible experience with this company. AC was making grinding noise, I called home warranty and they dispatched these guys. They showed up few days later, stated motor needs to be lubricated; whatever they did, AC stopped working completely. I have called and texted Matt about 4 times and shared videos that after his visit AC stopped working, that guy completely ignored and never bother to respond. I contacted home warranty company and they assigned new AC company to fix the issue, and the issue was that motor simply died after Alliance Heating and Air visit. Definitely don't recommend their service.
Matt is one of the most dishonest contractors I have ever come across. He works for an insurance company called 2-10 home warranty. I waited two weeks for this company (Alliance Heat and Air) to come out to my property while my AC unit could have come through the ceiling at any moment. Once Alliance Heat and Air (Matt) showed up to the property he said that it would cost $250 to do the repair needed, that the warranty wouldn't cover it, and that he would be available the next day to do the repair. Then he requested that I pay him $100 for his service call. Meanwhile he didn't even diagnose what was causing the leak. Needless to say, after many phone calls and emails to Matt at Alliance Heat and Air, I never received a response to schedule the repair or do the repair. Just another scammer trying to make a quick buck from hard working people. Whatever you do, do not use this company.
Our AC went out on the home we bought and our home warranty gave us Matt. What a wonderful experience with Matt. Professional, knowledgeable, timely. I can’t say enough nice things about him. He installed a new AC unit with ease. We had him come out one more time when we thought the new AC wasn’t working properly and he respectfully helped us with how to get more air flow to our upstairs split level home. He also quickly saw the factory for the Ac unit had overcharged our unit and he fixed it no problem. Thank you Matt for keeping us cool this summer!
Great customer service and very professional 10 stars
I will not have this company on my property. The tech never called to let me know he was on his way, he just showed up. All the other companies I have had out call ahead of time. The tech was rude to me and told me he didn't know if or when he could get the parts that was needed. He wouldn't do a temporary fix to get us heat and the temperature outside was below 35°. What kind of HVAC company does this. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
