Tom was recommended from our contractor when we bought our house 5 years ago. We ended up installing central AC and had the old furnace replaced at a extremely competitive price. We recently had trouble with our AC on the hottest day of the year which occurred on a weekend. Tom was able to come fix the problem on a Sunday which happened to be due to a blown capacitor and he didn’t even charge us despite being past our initial installation warranty. I didn’t think we would be able to get it fixed that fast, but Tom came through for us.
Tom helped repair our heater and was very reasonable. He is very knowledgeable and explained the issues and gave multiple option for the soliton. Would definitely recommend Tom. Overall very happy with the install.
After talking to 6 vendors I picked Tom. I was quite surprised Tom turned out to be the most professional and the cheapest (totally unexpected). Based on my research I knew exactly what I wanted, a Carrier 58TP1A five ton two stage furnace. Tom and team did an excellent job of getting the unit and installing it, wrapping the ducts, installing a filter box and cleaning up all within a few hours. If there was an option to give six stars I would have given it!
We has 40+ year old heating and cooling system with furnace in the attic and air conditional on the roof. Got to known this company through referral. Jay and his coworker had the entire system replaced. They did a great job with competitive price. We highly appreciated also their after installation service, very professional, responsive and punctual.
I have been trying to contact Tom to repair the AC (He installed 1 year ago) for a month, still hasn't got it fixed. He sent a guy to check out the issue in 2 days and he said he will send someone to fix it next day (Friday) or next week. He never showed/called. So I called/text Tom on both numbers to re-schedule several times (no return on text). Every time I talk to him, "I thought it is fixed already" and he said he will send someone out AGAIN but never show/call again. So unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend this business.
I highly recommend Alliance Air for fast, dependable and personable help. Tom came out to our home and gave us a reasonable quote and a quick install. Our install was particularly tricky since it required two AC units and some custom work done. During the install he noticed some recommend updates (the original installer cut some corners) and offered to fix them. I will continue to call Alliance for all my future heating and cooling needs! I feel so lucky to have Alliance Air Service Heating & Cooling for the gas heater purchase/installation in Feb., 2022 and AC purchase/installations April, 2002 at my house in Saratoga. Tom and his crew completed both installations on schedule with very high quality. I am really impressed with Tom's professionalism and his honesty. I am more than happy to recommend the company to my friends for their HVAC service needs.
Big thank you to alliance air services. We had a rat eat our wire harness and they came in and took care of it right away. I shopped around for quite a while when they installed my air-conditioning unit and they were the best price around. I will definitely be recommending this team to all of my friends and family from now on.
It was great working with Tom and Gabriel. Tom is the owner and gave us a very fair price for installing central AC and replacing our furnace. We shopped around and had a handful of HVAC companies look at our house and many of them were clearly trying to rip us off by upselling things we didn't need, like moving the furnace to the attic, saying that all our ducting needed to be replaced because of the asbestos coating, etc. Gabriel did a wonderful job installing the central AC and furnace, sealed the asbestos-coated ducts, and everything works well. I am an investor and plan to have Tom work on any of the future properties that need HVAC installation or repair.
Happy New Year’s everyone Over the holiday break I called this company to check out my furnace in the attic. Mind you, it is really old and needed to be checked. I had a hunch that it was going to need to be replaced, but I wasn’t sure how much it would cost. Alliance Air came out to test the equipment only to find an ongoing problem I’ve been having for years, they gave me the option to repair it or replace the heater with a new one. The price was so good to pass up, so I replaced it with a new thermostat as well. Alliance did a great job and was very clean about their work, thank you guys.
Tom helped us installed a new gas furnace. He gave us priority because there was an infant in the house. His prices are very reasonable.
