Really nice person talk over how to repair my self and got it fixed
Main drain clogged today and instead of calling Roto-Rooter like I did a couple years ago I asked around the neighborhood and this place was recommended. They had someone out in about 30 min and were about a 1/3 of the price of Roto-Rooter. Based off the guy who came out I was surprised at some of the low reviews but seems most of them are from years ago. When I called, I asked if they could "take a look" and the guy said, "Well we'll come out and fix it" and that they did. I appreciated the confidence.
Chase came out about 20 minutes after making the call and was done within an hour. Our family's been using Allen's every 2 or 3 years since 2006 and have never had a problem. They'll always be our go-to.
Floor drain was backing up they came out and had to snake four different times because it was not resolving the issue. I could tell they were getting frustrated with every phone call but I was even more frustrated that the issue was not getting resolved. The owner of the company was getting a little bit of an attitude and a bit rude on the phone but I guess that’s because he couldn’t figure it out either. At my wits end I decided to call Taylor plumbing and they came out, listened to what I had to say & knew exactly what it was. They fixed the issue in about 30 minutes that had nothing to do with what Allen’s mechanical was trying to do. Very professional and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing.

Great customer service and quality work. Christian came out to help me and he was amazing. I was very impressed with is professionalism, kindness and how he went above and beyond to help me out. I would strongly recommend Allen Mechanical to anyone.

Very good quality and professional service. I called late on a Friday night and the owner tried to talk me through it to fix it myself and save me money. I realized I couldn’t repair the problem on my own. He showed up early on a Saturday morning and got everything taken care of. Very professional, and very knowledgeable. He even took the tim to fix a leaking hose faucet at no extra charge and showed my what to do to fix my problem if it ever occurred again. He was very polite and helpful and at a very reasonable rate. I am very happy with the service and will be using this company if any future problems occur.
10 years ago they were a great company with good prices. Now they won't return my phone calls or email request for simple services. Don't waste your time trying to give this company your money.
These guys rock!!! They had to come out to fix an issue that another plumber could not. They did it fast and for a reasonable cost. Here months later everything still works great. They were a joy to work with!!

Awesome company! I called last night with a backed up drain in my basement and they answered rather than me having to leave a message - as a single mom of 5 I needed help fast (unable to do dishes, laundry, etc.) and they sent someone this morning! The tech, Christian, was very friendly! Got it fixed in a jiffy and the charges were fair as well! Will definitely use this company again!! Thank you!!
Prompt reply to my 10pm call for help. Pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to unclog our mainline. Located my septic lid also. I will definitely use Allen’s for any future plumbing issues. Thanks a million for coming out on a Saturday Christian!
So let's see, it took almost a week after filing a claim through our home warranty company to even get a call from this business. Oh wait, I had to call them. Then the guys came out and didn't even listen to us to fix the issue, which was supposedly fixed when we bought this house. When they put their ladders up they didn't protect the wall they leaned it up against causing damage to my wall. Charged me $100 for the deductible. Then with in a week the issue was back. I called the owner and he agreed to work with me. This was over a month ago with no call back. I called the warranty company and asked if there was a different company we could use and they said there wasn't. So basically my "warranty" is garbage.

Save yourself the hassle.... DON'T USE THEM
I needed a late night call because my kitchen was flooding & it was dripping in the basement so pretty urgent. After a few hours someone came & he was very unpleasant. He told us he didn't want to come this late (10pm) and that his boss lived a street over from us but didn't wanna get off his couch so he drove an hour. He was knowledgable and fixed the problem right away though so I was content w that. Fast forward 3 1/2 weeks later, they still haven't cashed the check I wrote them. One of my pet peeves. Seems like a small company that doesn't have much organization :/
If I could give negative stars, I would. The owner is unbelievably rude and although the website boasts a "live" person answers the phone 24/7, I left several unreturned messages. Our A/C was out 3 times in 10 days and we had to chase him all over town just to get a response since he doesn't return calls. Finally gave up and called Wilson's Mechanical and they were out immediately (said I'll be there in about 5 minutes) and fixed our unit correctly. Don't frustrate yourself with Allen's - just call Wilson's.
