I paid this company hundreds of dollars and they robbed me. My air and heat is still broken. Sad that people can do this to other people. Beware of this company.
5 minute job to put a panel and fan motor back together on the unit. $120 and an invoice that suggests leaving a tip, with the ability to do so conveniently located at the top of the invoice page so that you can appreciate their hard work that much more easily. They also can’t listen, since the wrong name ended up on the invoice. Can’t really expect them to be able to handle any actual technical work, which is surprising considering the price tag they placed on their service. I, personally, wouldn’t ever call this company to tell me what time it is if I needed it. Here’s your “tip,” Allen. *Update: went to inspect the work, and the AC radiator cover wasn’t placed correctly. Messages business owner and they said it’s “The Weeknd service call,” to justify the cost of their inadequacy.

Allen’s Heating and Cooling is an excellent company. I have used them for service of my cooling systems over the years. They do great work, are responsive, timely, and reasonably priced. Anytime i have a A/C problem, they get it solved.

From the moment I called I received Great Service from Allen's!! Sharon, who answered the phone, scheduled my appointment quickly and called when Gary, the service rep, was heading toward my home. In my situation, my Air Conditioning problem was completely solved 2 hours after my initial call. This was the second time we have used Allen's Heating and Cooling. It will not be the last. What a wonderful business this is! I went on our FB chat group and asked for recommendations of a good ac/heating company. Our heat had stopped working that night, and when I called Allen’s the next morning, they were so helpful, from the lady who answered my call to the men who came and worked on our unit. We ended up having issues with the unit, and Allen’s was able to figure out what was going on and get it up and running again. I highly recommend this business.
