Ryan the teck that came out was great even thought the ac unit started back up when I turned it back on he still checked things out found out it was low on coolent and filled it back up now running great again! Thank you, Allen heating and cooling. I will be setting up a maintenance check next spring!

Ryan and Eric came to clean our air conditioner and check a leak from our furnace. They were on time, professional, personable and explained everything regarding the furnace leak. They had the part that we needed on the van, so everything was completed within 1 hour. We highly recommend them. Donna D.

From the call to schedule appointment everything was great. Ryan called to let me know he was on his way and made sure his time frame worked for me. Ryan showed up on time, took care of my concerns and explained the what and why with everything. Great experience and glad I called them.
Ryan provided our annual inspection and maintenance of the air conditioner today. He was very nice and very thorough and took time to ask if I had questions. We have used Allen Heating for years and in the past they have installed a new furnace and air conditioner. We have always been pleased with their service.

Our A/C unit decided to go on the fritz when it was 93 degrees out. Our service tech (Ryan) came out the same day that we called and showed up when he said he would. He was very thorough in assessing the problem and gave us some suggestions on how we could improve functionality with a few DIY suggestions, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Allen Heating, they are professional, punctual and proactive.

I recently had a new water heater installed and it was determined by the Plumber that my Furnace exhaust duct was clogged and back drafting into my basement via the water heater vent. Both units, the Furnace and water heater turned off for safety reasons (in January). With the cold outside temps, I needed to get someone in ASAP to inspect. Allen Heating immediately sent Ryan out and he was at my house within 30 minutes. He discovered a birds nest in the exhaust vent and removed it, cleaned the ductwork, and also cleaned and repaired the heat exchanger that was full of bird nest materials. Ryan did an excellent & professional job. This is my 2nd time using Allen Heating and I would highly recommend. Thanks Ryan H.!
The service technician Ryan that came to our house was very professional and respectful, he did not talk down to us, he explained everything thoroughly in terms that we could understand. We will be using Allen Heating & Cooling again and would hope that Ryan is out technician again.
Our furnace was acting up and they were able to come out within 2 hours. Our tech, Ryan, was professional, fast and did a great job fixing our problem, which meant so much with the frigid temperatures and blizzard being forecast for tomorrow. Thanks for helping us enjoy our holidays at home!
Ryan was friendly, polite and punctual. He worked quickly diagnosed the problem and installed the new thermostat in under an hour. I will definitely be calling Allen heating when we update our ductwork or have another problem.
I purchased an AC unit last winter, they came out in the spring and installed it, at the time they could not fill the unit with the coolant because it was to cold to do and they would be back when it warms up, and of course when it warmed up and they did not show, I had to call them and they did come out, but we already had our first air conditioner needed day. A couple of weeks go by and the unit stops cooling, I called, they sent someone out and said there was a leak in my brand new unit, they refilled the unit and went on their way. Well this happened two more times along with a leak inside my house were they installed the duct work. This story is way to long, bottom line, it is November 28th and I still do not have a working unit, or any written confermation that they are going to replace the unit, even though it says right on the invoice that any bad unit they sell, they will replace along with 250.00 for their no frustration guarantee. I have called them a number of times, and of course that did not work, so I stopped in and talked to a couple of different office girls who just gave me the run around and eventually told me to stop coming in and things will be taken care of, well nothing has been done. I am not asking for much, just a confermation that they will replace the unit, and the 250.00 for their guarantee, but nothing. I will never ever do business with them or recommend them to anyone.
Ryan came out today to fix my furnace, he was awesome. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed the issue. The service was SUPER AFFORDABLE! I would recommend them to anyone in the Rockford area who is looking to get your HVAC system fixed right away. They even came out the same day; I’m truly thankful for that.
They installed a new furnace for my mother in Dec 2021. It broke down in Nov 2022 and we have been waiting over 2 weeks to have them repair it. The average daily high has been in the 20s and 30s during this time. I went out and bought her several space heaters so she wouldn’t freeze in her own home. The product they installed is poor quality and their service has been terrible.
