Had him install a 5ton unit on my works building last summer and this thing is not letting up. Keeps the office nice and arctic when I want it. Definitely were the best price around. Thanks a million!

I contacted Rick on Friday afternoon, after going through 3 weeks of a very frustrating roller coaster, trying to get service as a new customer of American Home Shield. After having incompetent, dishonest repair companies to "service" our non working central air, culminating with us being informed that over $2k was not covered (final contracted co said entire unit needed to be replaced), in the contract, I called Allen Heating & AC. He came out today (2 days later on Sunday) and diagnosed the problem as the "blower motor" seemed to have caught fire and needed replaced. He had part on hand, replaced in about an hour, performed maintenance to our roof unit and filled with coolant for total cost of $350 on A SUNDAY. You'd be smart to call Rick and avoid the scam company and their predatory service agents at American Home Shield.
