Ron was a lifesaver!! He came out on the day we called. Assessed the problem and fixed it within a matter of minutes. Very professional and courteous. We are definitely using his services again!
They came on a Sunday morning and fixed our blown compressor. They worked fast and explained everything as they went. Definitely would recommend.
Ron was very professional kept me up to date through out the day of when he would be stopping by for service. I appreciated the transparency! Ron and Chris were able to come out and update A/C parts, and get our A/C back up and running in no time. I will recommend their service to others and will request their service again in the future if needed.
Ron was very professional, very knowledgeable and on time. Caught him in time during the heat wave, my fan motor was installed by a friend and the fan was spinning backwards, he caught it and fixed along with an outdated fuse box. Highly recommended will use again in the future
Allen Air evaluated and upgraded our residential HVAC system in the spring (2019). I was happy with their work; however, the first time I needed the heating in the fall, I found it not functioning. The company would not back their work and failed to diagnose the problem. They suggested I might need new thermostats. I Googled and YouTube'd the problem on my own. It was simple to rule out the thermostats and pinpoint the problem to the zone control board. I bought and installed a new board and everything is fine now. I have a strong suspension that they were taking advantage of a senior citizen.
Ron responded quickly when my AC failed on a Saturday morning. He quickly got to the root of the problem, talked me through it so I could understand, then fixed it, cleaned the coils and tidied up another company’s previous repair job. Fast, effective, accurate, professional. I’m very happy with Allen Air and highly recommend them!

Ron & Chris responded quickly during heat wave to address AC issues. Provided multiple options that would help with immediate issue and long term needs. Very responsive to my questions. I appreciated Ron's willingness to help in additional areas such as installing a new thermostat I had purchased.
