The customer service provided by this Air Conditioning contractor was excellent. The team was friendly and helpful from the moment the initial phone call was made. The representative was able to answer all questions and provide clear guidance in regards to the services that would be provided.
He forgot 2x times then showed up when I wasn’t there and even tho I told him exactly what I wanted done, he didn’t do it and took money knowing the problem wasn’t t fixed. I should have called someone else when I saw all the 1 star reviews. … never again 8 yrs ago he was very good but I suspect an addiction issue
He never showed up to do the work and kept making excuses as to why he never showed up

We used Allahar Air Conditioning to service our air conditioning unit. When I called Amir I told him we had a unit that needed a part repaired that was under warranty. He gave me a quote of $600 to do the repair, even though the part was free under warranty. I agreed to move forward with the repair. So Amir from Allahar Air Conditioning showed up on the scheduled date with the part needed and replaced the piece. Upon conducting the repair he discovered there was an additional piece that may need to be replaced, which would also be under warranty. He finished the repair and told me he would get the additional part and would return as soon as it came in. I paid Amir $600 and he left. Two weeks later, I did not hear anything back from Amir. I tried calling and texting and he did not return my call. Finally, after calling him several times from a different phone number, he picked up. He was a little defensive and told me the warehouse had lost the part he ordered. I asked why he did not get back to me and let me know? He did not have a good reason but told me he would reorder the part and be over as soon as the part came in to finish the job. I agreed this sounded ok and waited another week to get in touch. Another week passes and he keeps telling my husband and I the part still has not arrived. He said he can't track the part and the warehouse can't give him a date it will be here. We agreed to wait. At this point, he has our $600 and we still have a non working AC unit. Fast forward two week, we call and text and no response. He has not given us an update and has not shown up to finish the job. Looks to me like Allahar Air Conditioning took our $600 and ran. I would not recommend this company and would say Amir has very poor business ethics. I hope this gets his attention and he stops treating his customers this way. As of now, we are walking away because how much more time do we spend tracking down an unprofessional AC repair guy that has totally ripped us off.

We made an appointment. They promised they would be there within a 3 hour window. Not only did they not show up, they never called nor texted to say they would not be coming. I tried again today, no response of any kind. If there was a zero star rating for them, I would be all in.

I called on a Friday afternoon and had someone at my door within 30 minutes. The problem was fixed within 20 minutes and the rates were absolutely reasonable. I would suggest them to anyone and everyone.
