My furnace had stopped working and I needed to get it fixed. I called All Year Plumbing upon a friend’s recommendation. A technician was sent and he arrived at the scheduled time, he was very friendly and courteous, he checked it out and had a valve in our furnace replaced and it started working again. After about a couple of hours, it stopped working. Called them again and the technician came back, diagnosed it and figured it was a loose wire and fixed it at no extra cost!
I wish I could give zero stars. I called yesterday (8/2/2019) about an issue with my ac unit. I was told I would have to wait until Monday. I asked why since their website states they have a 24/7 emergency service and was told they don’t have that anymore. If you don’t offer this service anymore, why is it all over your website? After going back and fourth for several minutes, I was told he would be here today (8/3/19) at noon. He never showed up then gave me an attitude when I called him to see where he was. He said he would come before 4. I called back around 3 to tell him I found someone else to do it and he hung up me before I even finished my sentence.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY RIPPED US OFF IN 2018!!! We had All Year come out to look at our AC unit on 5/3/18 and was told the capacitor needed to be replaced which costs $600. Less than 4 months later the AC unit stops working again. We call back All Year on 8/28 and were told a technician would come out between 6&9 pm. Around 7pm they call back and tell us that the technician can't come out until the following afternoon. Meanwhile we're in the middle of a 100 degree heat wave and it's 85 degrees in the house. We hired another company and were told that the capacitor should not have needed to be replaced again in such a short time frame. We were also told that the capacitor that All Year installed was a generic brand which cost about $60. The new company put in a brand name capacitor with a 5 year warranty that cost $120 and with the labor it ended up costing us less than $300 - half the price that All Year charged. We will not be using All Year again and would never recommend these crooks to anyone else!!!
My central heat unit was not blowing fire, So I called the guy to come and fix my central heat. The guy answered my call and told me someone will be there in 2 hours. Few minutes later I received a call from different guy saying he will be there in half hour. He came on time and I took him to the unit. He spent 10 to 15 minuets checking the unit but couldn’t find anything. By the time I had a feeling he is gonna come up with something to charge me service call fee, and no surprise he did. He gave me an estimate of $600 to $650 to change the motor and some other pressure switch or something and fix it on next day. I told him I’ll call you tomorrow. Same day I called a guy that I know to come over and fix the problem. No motor or switch issues. It took him 5 minuets to fix it and he didn’t charge me anything since he did some work for me before. Same time he noticed other guy left the exhaust vent open. I thought since they have good reviews they will be able to fix the problem and not gonna rip me off. I was wrong and felt like throwing $75 for no reason. I will never call them again.
My boiler was acting up and I didn’t know why. Tried to fix it myself, but ended up calling these pros. They were amazing and found the leak in minutes.
Very nice service they have. The plumbers were professional. They did a prompt, honest and knowledgeable service. The job was awesomely done. I would use their service again.

Professional, responsible, AND great customer experience! Our 4 year old water heater decided to become a water storage vessel. How much does a family of six miss hot water? Fortunately, two were out of town, so I only had three to worry about (one of whom doesn't prefer to bath often anyway...). I found good reviews for All Year Plumbing on Yelp and gave them a call first thing on a Monday morning. Wally quickly returned my call and we had an appointment setup for the same morning. He gave me a courtesy call letting me know when he was on his way, and arrived within the time window originally promised (8-12). In less than 45 minutes, the repair was finished. Wally was great -- courteous and friendly to deal with! Before leaving he also reminded me that we should flush the heater yearly to keep the tank in optimal working order. How many homeowners remember to do that? Thanks for bringing that to my attention! Hopefully no more water heater problems for a while, but we definitely have All Year Plumbing in our contact list as the preferred choice when we need services again. Thanks Wally
