Funny, people talk about after hours... and it says 24hours.... yet when I called, I was told, “we don’t do after hours”.... so.... oh well, maybe they shouldn’t advertise as such.
James with All Xtended Plumbing is the only plumber I use now. He was the only plumber who answered the phone in the middle of the night when we had a water fixture break. Since then, we have used this company four more times and have had excellent service.
I had an issue with a faucet in the backyard, we called multiple places and non of them respond as great as All Xtended Plumbing, they were friendly and efficient 100% recommended!!!
These guys have done a couple of jobs for me. They show up quick and get the work done right.
Be extremely careful with this company. Ask for an hourly rate! I had them do some work today that they acted like it was going to take all day. They quote me $2500 and I was a little skeptical but needed it done so I said yes. It took his guys less than 3 hours. James the owner wouldn’t budge on the price. He is a scam artist and I will never trust a plumber after this experience. A reasonable PERSON would have evaluated the situation and reduced the price to an hourly rate and compromised. All Xtended is not invited on my property any more.
I had to have my house repiped a few weeks ago and I called James with Xtended Plumbing of College, Station, Texas. He came on a Saturday to check out my problem to see what needed to be done. After accessing the problem, he told me I was going to have to have my house repiped. My house is a old house on pier and beam built in 1940. I told him if this needed to be done I needed to get it done. He told me he could start on it that Monday and he brought the piping to my house that Monday and got started. Personally, I think he was very professional and took great pride in his work. His team of workers did a great job because he made sure it was done correct. If the work wasn't done to his satisfactory he had them to make the corrections. He always came whenever I called him to check out the problem. He didn't try to over price me when he came out. His work was well done and I will recommend him to anyone. I was very pleased with the work he did inside and outside of the house. Mr. James and co-workers great job. If you are looking for a dependable/reliable plumber, I suggest you to use All Xtended Plumbing. Rose Gregg
I have called All Xtended Plumbing twice, and both times they were able to fix an appliance that I thought was broken beyond repair. They came to my house within 24 hours of my call, and they worked quickly. Everyone that I have interacted with has been friendly, respectful, and professional. And, they charged me less than I was expecting to pay for the services they provided. I highly recommend All Xtended Plumbing for your plumbing needs!
All Xtended Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our two hot water heaters. James gave us a fair quote. He came back to our home a few days later with his assistant and worked through the Texas heat in the attic. Great guys! Professional and responsible. Kept to the quote. Cleaned up and vacuumed afterwards. I will call him again!!
