Fast to respond, fixed the issue the next day, great to work with.
Mike was very responsive came out and looked at the system gave my wife a Quote with many options and was very professional when the " was done he'd give me The Choice of what we wanted and he had it installed within a couple days thanks I would recommend them for anybody
So impressed with Mike and his professionalism. Of course my A/C unit would decide to die during the hottest week of the year thus far. Mike responded the same day I put in the call to my home warranty company, and he got me on his schedule within 36 hrs. He was thorough in relaying the warranty information as well as what I would be out of pocket, and about the replacement unit he planned to install. Because they didn't have the unit in stock, he had to come back a couple of days later and he showed up at my door bright and early for the installation. Initially he estimated the install would take 4-6 hrs, he got it done in 3 1/2. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything. I would absolutely recommend Mike and All Weather to others, and I will definitely call them in the future.
Mike was informative while helping repair my furnace motor. He was quick and responsive and resolved the issue quick.
Our furnace went out during a remodel. We were in the middle of mudding drywall when it happened. We knew the drywall would struggle to dry without heat. Mike came out immediately and got the furnace up and running. Then it went out again. And again. Mike came out 3 different times to try and save us the headache of an unexpected furnace install and even still was open to keep trying but it was looking bleak. Painting was the next week and we knew we needed to get something that worked. Mike and Cody squeezed us in and got us a new furnace in no time. Mike was honest and very caring. We had just bought this house and he found some seriously dangerous issues during his time with us (electrical issues and a DISCONNECTED FURNACE EXHAUST FLUE!) and fixed them immediately. He went above and beyond and I would 100% recommend.
Mike responded very quickly and came out to diagnose the issue. Gave me options on a furnace replacement, gave me the pros and cons, and let ME decide which unit I wanted without trying to upsell. Mike and Cody showed up on time the day of install and did an amazing job. Answered all my questions, showed me everything they had done, and even tweaked a couple of things to help the system perform better in the future. They were friendly, easy to talk with, and in no time I had a warm home again. Highly recommend and will use again in the future 100%.
So I was in a pinch during a snow storm and my neighbor already called these guys. Having heating issues like my self. I called and he came right over after he was done. Fixed the issue with my transformer and my capacitor. Very personable and very professional. Up front and told me how it is and his honesty was greatly values and would 100% use these guys again absolutely would recommend and they are my Hvac specialists now. Stellar performance guys.

Mike and Cody are just phenomenal. We struggled with the heater for a while, they came in and solved the problem in no time. Thanks to them we will not be cold anymore. Excellent and professional service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Mike(owner) and his All Weather team are great. Not only are they intelligent and masters in the Industry, they are honest and easy to work with. It’s always pleasant when they are on site. I don’t stress when I call All Weather Heating and AC. Thanks guys!
