All valley air conditioning was hired by my warranty company to come install two new units both 3.5 tons . Well they decided upon themselves to install a 3.5 outside and 5.0 inside and now with Now with 110 degree days, the system is working overtime trying to cool the 5 ton coils opposed to 3.5. They are very unprofessional, while in the middle of conversation Juan the owner hung up the call, I called back. The lady that answered I suppose it was Juan’s wife stated” it’s because there are hombres que son bien tercos y nunca se callan la boca” she replied when I asked her the Reason why Juan hung up the call. No accountability, no respect of customers.They would not come to correct their mistake, for your own sake go with someone else .
Very friendly and excellent service came out on a Friday evening without a huge service charge. Replaced the motor and it was very reasonable.
