Aaron stutfin came to our house took him 5 minutes to figure out what the problem was. I definitely recommend
We got a smart thermostat and had nothing but trouble. Aaron came out multiple times to help us with it and the unit itself. Made sure everything was working and we were happy. Amazing experience!
Great communication, super friendly, our part came in on Monday our 25th anniversary was on tuesaday he came.out on tuesday night at 9pm to make sure we were comfortable will use again Our system went out so we had them get us a new system they came out and did a great job . My In-laws had a problem with their heat and he fixed it right away. They agree he is the best now they will always use him .
The crew was on time, the install went very well and all was as expected. I had checked on other prices to replace both the inside and outside unit for my upstairs air conditioner and they were very competitive.
Immediately gave me a good price and said he could come out that week. Aaron was honest friendly and hard-working. Worked through the rain to finish.
Absolutely amazing service! I have been told that you ca either have something fast, good, or at a good price but you can only pick two. Well, we found the full package and we couldn’t be happier! We had a specialty install of a ductless system in a large building in the back. We had several other companies say they weren’t familiar with the system or didn’t know how to install, but Aaron came out to us quickly, did a spectacular job, and it was for such an honest price. I cannot say strongly enough how impressed I am with his work! They will be our go-to for all HVAC needs in the future. My only regret is not knowing they existed sooner!
My central Air is out, it's supposed to be completely covered under my Home Warranty policy, and unfortunately All U Need is the ONLY contracted provider in the area. My ticket is listed as a medical emergency because my mom who lives with me has COPD and has problems breathing. I spoke to Aaron who told me he would call me back after he pulled up my service ticket - almost an hour later I called him back only to be told he hadnt even looked at my ticket yet, he was on a job. Then he tells me that off the top of his head earliest he can show is maybe Monday, 6 days later from when I called him. When I mentioned my mom has health problems and that length of time is not acceptable his response was to tell me he's all booked up and to call Home Warranty back to have them find me someone else - pretty unprofessional in my opinion!
Incredible friendly service. Timely, responsive, and honest. We had an emergency - no heat at all. He was out there that day, walked us through the issues, gave us options and fixed it right up. Great prices. Great service.
Was quoted a price to install and pass inspection, when it failed he decided it wasn't worth his time to fix his mistakes.
I had a repair that went through my home warranty. We had 2 no shows from ANOTHER company. The warranty agent then called this company and not only did he show up when he said he was going to, but he was also friendly, professional & got the job done right the first time. I would HIGHLY recommend this company over any other place in Clarksville. Thanks for such an awesome job guys.
