I called them late in the afternoon and actual person answered the phone! They were able to get someone over to our home ASAP (24 minutes after the call)! Service call charge was the lowest I had heard in the area. Very informative, was able to figure out issue quickly. He was able to got LG to approve the repairs under warranty on the spot. Waiting on LG to ship parts. Stay tune for update when the work is complete. Didn't even collect the service call fee said they will try to get LG to cover it. Stay tune for updates!
