It was a simple fix...glad I called...not my area of expertise.
This company is outstanding. Mel, the owner and contractor, really goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. We have been through the ringer with our home warranty company and Mel has just eased so much of the stress and frustration. If you have a choice, use All-Temp Heating and Cooling.
Company calls at 10:30 today and leaves mesg stating that they failed to confirm an appointment with me( no call or mesg...only correspondence was an appointment text) and they were cancelling since they didn't have a tech available. That "things happen" and were going to move my appointment date. My appointment was between 10 and 2. Totally unprofessional.
Mel was great! We had a differnt company out and tje guy did NOT fix our air conditioning, so we had all temp come out and it was fixed in a short time! Great customer service, and a job well done.
Great service, the technician really knew his way around our furnace!
READ FIRST!! I called the owner "Frank" and we set an appointment for ac inspection and repair. Not only did he not show up between the promised time but no call was made to alert us that they would be late. I called the office only to get forwarded to a voice mail. I text the owner as well and let him know that no one showed up. He did respond to my txt msg just to say "can I help you"...I told him the obvious and still no call or reply to my text. As of this writing, 2 days later, still no call from this company. I highly do not suggest you use ALL TEMP. What kind of company says they are going to show up at a certain time and not show up, OR call OR follow up with the customer? ALL TEMP not only wasted my time but my tenants time as 4 of us were inconvenienced waiting for an incompetent Frank/ALL TEMP to do what they promised. THIS COULD BE YOU WAITING FOR THESE CLOWNS! DO NOT USE ALL TEMP AC!! Not only unprofessional, no common courtesy and lack of business sense. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
