Their customer service leaves a whole lot to be desired. Without going into EVERY detail, the bottom line is I called them on Thursday 6/22 for service and did not hear back (to set an appointment) until Friday 6/30. The last straw for me was when on Monday 6/26 I asked for a specific day and time and he would not give me a definite appointment and then when I pressed him for a day and time he said "it was not his concern".
I had a two ton and a four ton unit replaced at my home. I live almost 2 hours away and the staff, Jose and Brandon, completed the project timely. They were very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. I will definitely use them in future.
No need to look any further upon reading this review. The customer service was top notch from beginning to end. From the person with whom I spoke on the phone to the technicians that arrived at our house, the service was incredibly professional. The employees were very competent and the price of the service was reasonable. They were highly recommended, and I see why same is true. LOOK NO FURTHER! This is the place that will provide you great service with excellent prices and wonderful customer service!
I Contacted owner, Robert Gonzalez, for a quote on a new AC. From the start, Robert, was professional, honest and straightforward about his prices and the products he installs. Which is very rare nowadays. To say that Mr. Gonzalez only sells ACs is an understatement, he cares about his customers and tries his best to provide them the best product for the most reasonable price. His employees are also of the same caliber. They are respectful, professional and knowledgeable of their job. They clean up after themselves and leave your house as it was prior to their arrival. I only wish I could give All Tech 10 Stars. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an AC, AC repair, vent cleaning, etc. You will not be disappointed! Robert, I'd like to personally thank you for your attention to detail and treating us like family. I will definitely contact you for all my and my family's AC needs.
Technicians were very knowledgeable, efficient, respectful, and polite. They cleaned up very well after their work. They were able to answer all my questions with thorough knowledge and patience. I was very satisfied with all the work they performed.

We contacted All-Tech by seeing their good reviews on Google. Spoke to Robert and explained our situation. He had a tech over the next day and diagnosed our problem and explained to us the issue. Set up an appt to fix the problem and they were able to do the job promptly and efficiently. We are very happy with the service they provided.

First time home builder here, hired Robert and his team to install two AC systems for my new home construction project. Quote was very competitive and Robert was very responsive and super professional throughout the entire build process. TRULY RESPONSIVE, IT WAS AMAZING! I had some pretty technical questions at times and it was nice to be able to have conversations with someone who truly knows his trade.

I was throughly impressed with the quality of work done, quality of equipment used and the thoughtfulness of all employees involved. They explained all the procedures, answered all my questions, used floor coverings when in my house and picked up all the trash after they were done. Robert and his crew are great! Impressed with his team. Honest, professional and knowledgeable. Our upstairs HVAC unit was not cooling at all. A tech came within hours of my call.
