Jamar was great! His company is 24/7 and really means it. Our air had been out for a few weeks and we had others tell us the entire unit needed to be replaced. I wasn’t buying it. Jamar came in and inspected everything to find a clogged drain pipe and our unit outside was completely dirty. He cleaned us up and we’re back with working A/C. He’ll be our go to from now on. Thank you for your service!
Jamal came the very same day I called him. He said he will arrive in 20 minutes and he did. He found out why my AC unit wasn’t working. Fixed it. I have been enjoying my cool air since. I will continue to use Jamal for future service.
On One hot Georgia day my ac unit decided to shut down and give out on me. After several calls to other businesses, ALLSTARS was the only one who came that same evening. Diagnosed my issue and got the ball rolling on my repair. The next day by noon less than 12 hours from the initial call, my ac unit was blowing snow balls!!!! I highly recommend this guy 👍🏾💯

I had a issue with no cold air blowing, Jamar came out to correct the problem. (Bad relay) and low on freon, he was fast and professional and reasonable price.

My a/c stopped working. I contacted All Star and Jamar called me back within the hour. He came and fixed my issue pretty quick. Satisfied customer.
Jamar was absolutely amazing and very professional. I reached out for a quote at 8 at night and he called me and came right out our house to repair our AC.
I left a positive review for the initial experience. He was very punctual and informative. He was also very respectful and offered helpful tips. Fast forward: 3 days after paying $550 the thermostat batteries died and upon installing new ones, the AC unit would not come back on. I contacted the gentleman who stated he would come out next week. That never happened, the following week he stated he would come which never happened. I did not contact him repeatedly maybe twice a week to get an update. As of today, 2 weeks later I have not received a response nor assistance. It is very disheartening and frustrating to feel like I wasted money and now have to spend more money.

The fan stopped working on my outside unit. I called AllStars at @ 7:30am & Jamar quickly reached out to me by text. It was a new full system install & I had a nice new HVAC system up & running by 4pm yesterday afternoon. All around, everyone was very professional & polite. I couldn’t be happier & will call AllStars for all my heating & AC needs in the future.
Jamar was very professional and attentive to working with us to get our heat back going. He worked on coming out prior to the scheduled time. One of his employees assessed the problem and got our heat on just in time for Christmas. We recommend using All Star Heating & Air. It’s hard to find professional people these days and All Star came through with professionalism.
I called Mr Jamal around 1700 he promptly answered the phone and told me 40 minutes. He showed up in 30 diagnosed the problem immediately had all the parts handy only took him about a hour and my heat was kicking again. I will definitely be using his services again.
