Our swamp cooler had been been giving us complications so we were in the market for central air. We reached out to Tim and his team to install central air and they were very responsive. They installed central air for us within a couple of days. Tim was very responsive and understanding with any questions that we had and explained the process. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Tim and his team if you're ever in the market for any heating and cooling needs.
Tim is great to work with. The AC broke down at my rental property and he was able to got to it the fastest and with the best price. He is very knowledgeable and was able to provide better equipment and installation at a better price. I will be reaching out to him for all my furnace and AC needs.
tim is amazing highly knowledgeable and always willing to help fix the problem however he can! he got me a new/used unit at my request for price. and came back months later to resolve the issues i was having he got it fixed nice and cool told me how to maintain it on the future and swapped my thermostat out for a working one! definitely will always use him in the future! thanks again from jason! here in Clinton!
Came out on short notice on a really hot day to fix my AC. It was great. Very knowledgeable and helped me understand what happened, what he was doing, and how to care for my AC. I will use again in the future.

I used this company many years ago when my home warranty would not send someone out for over a week. They were great and had my A/C back functioning in less than a day. I bought a new furnace and A/C from someone else so had to use the other company for the warranty to apply. But after several years of feeling like they were not doing a good job since they couldn't figure out why my upper level would not stay cool in the summer I went back to All Star this year. They called within the scheduled time and showed up 15 minutes later. Got a lot of tips on what we could try to keep our multi level house cooler. Some cheaper and some more expensive, but did not feel pressured to do one over the other. I felt like they really cared about my safety and comfort and plan to use them again.
I'm a landlord with a few units and called Tim based on good recommendations. He has been incredible. His team is on time, prompt, fair on pricing, and do excellent work (absolute top tier. Some people do great work, this is top tier work). I had his team install an A/C unit on one of my houses and I will use him for everything moving forward. Couldn't recommend more.
We were referred to all star from one of our friends/neighbors when our central air unit stopped working, Tim came out quickly and come to find out our unit had actually caught fire, we decided to replace the unit as well as the furnace since that was showing signs of wear and was super old, they went above and beyond! Tim educated us through the whole process about his recommendations, they even installed return air vents in 2 of our rooms that have trouble cooling down and rerouted our dryer vent since it was in a bad spot blowing hot air right on the central air unit, they also fixed a leaking valve on our water heater!! Couldn’t have asked for better service!! Highly recommend this company!!
They came to check my fuenace in the morning and I had a whole new furnace and ac by 6pm. Awesome company
My furnace started to act up. I called Tom and he was at my house within an hour. It turned to be a loose wire connection to my thermostat. He stripped the wire, and reconnected it. He made sure the furnace was functioning before he left. While we were waiting for the thermostat to recalibrate, he checked on my fireplace. He was able to get the blower working. I had no idea my fireplace had a blower! Tim has always treated me right. I highly recommend contacting All-Star for your HVAC needs.
We had Boston, Andrew, and Gary come out to completely replace our furnace…a/c and heating. They were extremely respectful and kind. They went above and beyond and even helped carry a heavy bookshelf downstairs because we had just moved in and didn’t have help to get it moved in. Amazing people to work with. Thank you so much!!
I have used this business multiple times and this is my first review. My first experience was when my water heater went out and we upgraded to a tankless. They were quick and actually cheaper than anyone else I could find. They sealed my pipes on my roof and even fixed my toilet from running nonstop, all without charging extra. The other day my air conditioner broke and I had a different company come out (big mistake) and they said it would cost $2,500. I called Allstar and they said my air conditioner only needed a $15 part and that they would charge my for their time. It came to $150 for the part and to fix it. I will never call a different company.
Tim has serviced our air conditioning and heating systems for several years. He recently replaced some bad Nest thermostats and put in a new air conditioning unit. He’s personable and explains everything he’s going to do—such a credit to his profession. His installation process is efficient and so neat! We highly recommend All Star Heating and Cooling!!

I have used their service a couple times over the last 3 years and they are professional, courteous, empathetic, highly responsive, on time and follow up after the work has been performed. Most recently they replaced my AC/outdoor unit, the indoor Tstat, and made sure it was properly wired(which it previously wasn't from the initial HVAC company). When they removed the existing Tstat, the wall paint needed to be touched up and they handled the situation like a pro! Tim and his team are top notch and I would HIGHLY recommend All Star Heating and Cooling for all your HVAC Needs and repairs in the Ogden, Clinton UT area
AC went out on the HDOY. 105 degrees. Every other company basically laughed at me when I asked if someone could come look at it today. TJ told me he’d be here after a job and showed up quickly. $250 to come out same day, fixed it, and cleaned the condenser unit out. Worth every penny IMO. If you live in 84015 call this guy.
Tim took great care of us! Repaired our air conditioner at a very fair price. Good attitude and very knowledgeable. Have used him before and will definitely call again.
Had our AC/Furnace and water softener changed out. Tim and his team were fast and professional. They showed up when they said they would and got the job done. The house is cool again and that is awesome! I would totally hire them again if the need arose.
A big thank you to Tim and his crew! We have had problems with our HVAC system since we moved in 16 years ago. Tim is the first technician to come out and explain to us why the furnace was acting the way it was. More importantly he recommended changes to make our new furnace perform better and safer. His crew was respectful and cleaned up any mess. The best part is that I am confident that our new furnace is installed correctly and won’t be leaking like our old furnace did. Tim came highly recommended from my sister and I highly recommend him as well. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest!
