Great company, punctual and honest. Another company said our mini split was leaking and needed Freon last year and declined due to cost. We decided to try All-Star Heating and Air Conditioning and the technician found the loose fitting and we cleaned the air filters and it’s running cold! No leaks and and not low on Freon. They saved us a lot of money due to their honesty. Our new go to AC company!!! Thank you.
I had a complete system change out. Hunter and Joe were very professional and knew what they were doing. 10 years parts and 10 years labor offers some peace of mind over other companies. I have no problem recommending All-Star!
I have been dealing with Tony at all star, heating and air since February. He had two of his employees come out and argued about what was wrong with my heating and air unit and I asked for someone else from all star heating and air to come out and the owner Tony came out and did not agree with his two employees. He said I only needed the thermostat and not the panel. I paid $1249 and was told the thermostat that is only $89 at Home Depot. A Honeywell was told by the two employees $400 and $549 for the panel which I did pay that whole amount plus the 299 for the spring and fall cleaning and flushing the water heater. With the plan I went with it also stated I would get 10% on any parts off. That was not taken off of the two parts the 10%.. I also have a rental property and paid for the bronze spring and fall cleaning $149 and Rhonda was nice enough to apply the 10% off the parts that they did not give me to the bronze package at the rental property . Tony went to the rental property first before he came to do the spring cleaning here at my house and said the rental property needed a starter and I gave him $360 cash. I got a second opinion by Mr. Greene and I have it notarized that I did not need a part at the rental house and did not need a panel , Tony also told me I did not need a panel at my house and was going to write me a check for that part. This is been since February 2023. I still have not received any check from Tony that owns all star heating and air. His wife is the one that does the bookkeeping. But I did receive a letter stating that I refused the panel. I know nothing about heating and air systems. Tony told me I did not need it. He apologized for the two employees that said I didn’t need it… So anybody looking for heating and air? Beware before using all star heating and air . Hot water heater sprung a leak at 6pm and Hunter and Jake had a new tank installed four and a half hours later on a Saturday night of a holiday weekend! Excellent, fast, professional service.

Drew and Jake came out today to check on the AC portion of my HVAC which wasn't working (the unit was installed 4 months ago by the previous home owners so the AC had never been used). They had it up and running within 15 minutes, no charge. They were super nice, knowledgeable guys that were very helpful with a couple of related quotes/questions I had. They even offered to look and get back with me for some non-standard looking vent covers to give me some pricing on them. I can't speak to pricing of services or parts since I wasn't involved in the purchase of the unit, but I am super happy with them and will call them first next time something comes up.

Had a few visits from Drew and his partner to resolve a couple of issues with our heating system. They were on time each visit and extremely courteous and professional. I pay for the annual service plan and had a board covered by warranty. I know I have a system just over 10 years old and the system is going to have issues. Pricing was fair and everything was well documented.

They came out and gave an estimate on a repair the price they quoted for a band aid repair was more than the other company I called charged to reoair the whole system. They are cheating people. Do not use them. If you do call and get a second estimate you will be suprised how much cheaper it is
Hunter and Joe were amazing! Called with a problem with hvac and it was fixed that day. Will defenitely use this company in the future.
