I have had to call them twice, two separate issues, both times the technician was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. The first time I called was because I was told by another company that my entire system needed replaced with a price tag of $9k, all star fixed it for less than $200. Will definitely be calling them again!

I only call Mike at All Star whenever something is wrong with my furnace or air conditioner. They are always responsive and their techs are knowledgeable and thorough. If you use them once you will not ever use another service again.

American Home Warrenty assigned All Star for an air conditioning issue. Some how the warrenty company canceled the appointment. All Star was re assigned to my home. Instead of making me wait for another appointment and take off work another day Mike and Ben made it happen and Ben came out the same day. Not only that Ben had it fixed in no time. He explained everything to me and made sure I was happy before He left. Mike went out of his way to call me after the service was completed to make sure I was happy with the service. Customer service was impeccable! Thank you so much All Star you guy Rock😊!

Having spoken to Mike several times over 2 weeks while waiting for repair of a hot water heater and having owned many homes and worked in my professional capacity with vendors for decades, I cannot understand how this company is still in business or why a warranty company would hire them. Too bad the lowest score is a star. Find another vendor/contractor or you too may be at the mercy of a belligerent scam artist.

We called and set up an appointment agreed on 1pm. Then when nobody showed, I called the guy in the office, he looked me up by my last name, said he would get ahold of the guy that was suppose to show (agreeing that my appointment was at one) then after 45 more minutes I called back because I still hadn’t heard from anyone and he said he did call but my voicemail was full (which it’s not and I have no missed call) and that it was my mistake that the appointment was at three, (which I’d made very clear when I made the appointment that everyone in this house works nights and that one o’clock was going to be a stretch but we’d make sure somebody was here) then he hung up the phone on me. One of the most unprofessional offices I’ve talked to, and I would not recommend them to anyone. They were polite until they made a mistake, then they were jerks. They could have just apologized and I would of been understanding. Reply to their comment. 1. We told them we would completely work with our home warranty company we only needed them to verify that they came to our house, and that we would be paying everything out of pocket. Also, no one in my house is under 18 having someone here older than 18 was never a question. They don’t even know what they’re talking about. 2. We only rescheduled once, and I called DAYS in advance to let them know and apologized, the date we rescheduled for they NEVER showed up. They never apologized or tried to reschedule after THEIR mistake. These people are so unprofessional and I’m in shock at how they deal with mistakes, because everyone and every company makes mistakes it’s how they correct them that counts, and All Star Heating and Cooling 1. Can’t admit fault which means 2. They can’t fix THEIR screw ups either! 3. Their backhanded apology is a slap in the face to customer service! They can’t accommodate my ever changing schedule? Accommodating customers is what customer service is all about, and it only changed one time, to me that’s not
