Would like to thank Devin for coming out and repairing our old furnace. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He showed me what the issue was and what to look for in the future. Also gave me a rundown of what kind of system I might need when replacing our furnace and mentioned that their estimating team will come out for free. This is our second time using Allstar. The owner of our house before us used them and recommended them and we are really happy that we are working with them for our HVAC needs. Thanks again Devin.
Brandon K was the technician who diagnosed the problem with our system. He was efficient and thorough. We are confident that the problem with our heating system will finally be fixed.

They came and "fixed" my heat pump. But not really, the tech was a awesome guy and all but it kinda felt like he didn't want to be here so he kinda BSed me and said it was fixed. But turned out that it's not I'm right back to where I was befor he came and I'm out $400. So I need to call them and makes things wright. Because I'm don't think that what he did wasn't fixing it. He put a bandaid on it that's was it.
Showed up on time. Called ahead. Easy to work with and professional. Explained all work in detail and took time to answer all our questions. Got job done quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

Mary and her team (Mike and Devan) were extremely professional and I very much enjoyed the work they did to get my furnace back up and running quickly. Excellent service!
I would not recommend this company to do HVAC Maintenance. It took several months to get scheduled to do a simple furnace general maintenance. The tech complained that he did not want to go into the crawl space to service our system and did not change the air filter because he did not have the right type in his van. I would rate the service and very poor.

My A/C breaks down on the hottest day of the year. I call at least 20 HVAC including the one that installed it. Knowing how overwhelmed they all were I was not excepting any call backs. Two called back to tell me we were out of the area they service, and ALL STAR telling me they were a week out would I like to make an appointment. Which I did and they actually got me in sooner. The tech JJ was great. They didn't just get an appointment they got a new customer.

Aman & Jesse were friendly and professional cleaning our ducts and vents. They complied with covid practices. They told us what they were going to do, asked for our input and advised us on their findings and what we do after the cleaning. I highly recommend their work. Our house already feels cleaner from the work that they did.

Did both our boiler and our furnace with ALL STAR. All annual annual maintenance and a 10 year warranty over labour . Never had anything but good things to say about the entire team . Well not anymore ! I don't know if COVID has changed the staff and attitude but during the terrible fires and bad air we realised that our air circulation system is not working . Have called in an out of hours service who told us he has no idea what Labour warranty means and doesn't care and then told us to pay $600!!! to replace the wall unit which costs everywhere $57-$70 and we originally paid $150 for it to ALL STAR as part of the installation . Ended up having to pay $200 plus dollars with basically nothing being fixed when it is their system and it's on warranty . Unbelievable.
Michael was the most knowledgeable, friendly & thoughtful tech we have ever experienced in any company. He completely went thru our whole system & explained everything he did & why completely. This tech is a keeper & I’ll ask for him next time we need any type of service. Thanks again Michael! You did a great job!
We had All Star install a new Trane heat pump, propane furnace, high end air filter, and a new highly efficient propane water heater about four years ago. When they installed the equipment, the price was fair. The crew was very professional. They handled ever detail and made the experience quite seamless. We also signed up for a maintenance plan. Every year, All Star has paid us a visit and kept everything in good order and running as expected. Then, about four weeks ago, the heat pump stopped working due to a rodent eating through most of the wires around the control board. All Star quickly diagnosed the problem which required them to order parts to fix. It took a couple of weeks for the parts to come in (not All Star's fault, but due to Trane and likely the impact of Covid-19). The afternoon the parts came in, we got a call from All Star letting us know a senior technician would be out to fix our heat pump the next day. The tech showed up on time and a few hours later, everything was fixed. This is not a warranty item and All Star was very fair with their pricing! The bottom line, based on our experience, we would highly recommend this company!
One of our kids thought it would be a fun idea to remove a duct cover and one of our cats crawled in. Michael from All Star Heating came over within half an hour and was super helpful helping getting the cat out. Add this to the other positive experiences with All Star!
We had to have some things serviced and called the company, they had someone out within a couple days and took care to explain everything in a way we could understand. David A. was the gentleman that came to our house to check on things. He was very considerate, polite and very knowledgeable.
The scheduling staff were great and so was the technician. The service tech arrived on time to diagnose and repair our furnace the same day we called. Communication was excellent. Nonetheless I rate 3 stars because I thought it too much to charge $230 for a $30 igniter replacement part and 20 minutes labor. There was an additional $98 trip fee. Maybe this pricing is normal. I don't have much experience using service technicians. Also, they were very forthright in their pricing. After diagnosing the problem, the technician told me exactly what the repair would cost.
