Nick is a true professional! Our heater had intermittent problems and Nick went above and beyond to get us fixed. Where others said we needed a whole new unit and quoted us upwards of $7000, Nick wasn’t convinced that was our issue. Well thank God there are still honest contractors left! Nick traced the issue to a faulty thermostat and had us up and running in no time! He was quick, easy to work with, honest, and fairly priced. I cannot recommend his services enough!
Nickolas Miltimore came out on time and was amazing throughout the diagnosis and solution phase of the service call. He explained what happened, why it happened, how it may be fixed if it occurs again, and left his card to back up his work in case it needs further attention. He is an exemplar of excellent service and customer care and a joy to chat with. Would highly recommend.
My heat had gone out right as cold weather was starting, Nick was great with prioritizing getting my gas furnace problem solved and fixed right away, coming when he said and working around schedule of when kids were at school. Would definitely use All Solution again.
I had my wife call me today saying our AC stopped working and it was 102 degrees out, a buddy called Nick up and he was out to my house after hours within 30 minutes, and got my AC up and running within minutes! I couldn't be happier with this service and honestly fair prices all things considering, after hours, heat wave and everything else. Will definitely call these guys again! Thank you!
I had always previously used a big heating and cooling company. During a major heatwave, my A/C went out and I found myself on a one-week waitlist. A friend said "hey, I've heard of this independent company, give them a try." I texted the number at 8:45pm on a Monday. They responded in minutes. Nick and an assistant were here at 9:15am Tuesday. My A/C was up and running by 9:45am. I was truly floored. Nick explained that in preparation for heat waves, he stocks up on high-demand parts, so that he is prepared for these major spikes in "no cools" (outages). Also, Nick and his assistant were very clear communicators, super friendly, and completely non-judgmental about my neglectful maintenance to date. I've already signed up for a regular maintenance appointment and Nick will be my first call, and easy recommendation to friends, for all future HVAC needs.
I highly recommend Nick and All Solutions Heating & Cooling. Not only did he answer my call during the hottest weekend of the year, he actually was able to come over and repair my AC the following day. Nick and Caleb were professional, courteous and communicated the issue very clearly. I cannot recommend enough. These are the guys you want if you need anything HVAC-related!
Professional, kind, honest, and fair company. These guys were my hero! My air conditioning quit working as the hot weather approached. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and AC was working perfectly. As they were waiting for it to reset, they did a few other things to make sure we were set! I would highly recommend All Solutions Heating and Cooling.
Nickolas (owner of All Solutions) came highly recommended and did not disappoint!! He was extremely capable competent efficient and explained everything needed to be done with repairing and went above and beyond. I already scheduled a six month maintenance!! I had a new HVAC system installed 2 years ago by a different contractor. I knew something wasn’t right so I called them back to see if they could figure out why my oversized ac couldn’t keep up. Well low and behold they told me I needed blinds…..This year after the heat wave I measured the vent temp of my house compared to my fathers I was 20 degrees warmer with the ac running all the time. So I called All solutions and we talked about possible issues and he got me on his schedule ASAP. He took time to check everything and investigate what was going on. One in a million things could have been the cause and Nick solved the issue. We had it repaired quickly on budget to work with my schedule. It’s working flawlessly and keeps me too cold at women points but hey that’s a positive when it’s hot outside! I’m just not use to functioning air conditions but I already have recommended him to 3 people!
This is the HVAC guy you are looking for. During the hottest day of our Portland heatwave (115 I think it was), my AC stopped working. Fan was running, but no cool air. I took a look and it seemed clear that the dual capacitor had blown. Easy fix, but finding a replacement was, of course, going to be a nightmare. My wife noticed there was an HVAC truck a few doors down. I grabbed the capacitor and headed over with my fingers crossed. Nick greeted me cheerfully before I had even walked up to him. I explained my situation and he immediately looked through his truck to see if he had the capacitor I needed. Unfortunately, he didn't have it. Then he says, "I'm going to the wholesale supplier in a few hours, do you want me to pick one up for you?" Wow... yes!! He said he'd call me at 1pm and let me know. Then... guess what... he called me at 1pm and said he could come right over! We quickly agreed on a VERY reasonable charge and he had my cool air flowing in less than 4 hours from initial contact during the biggest heatwave in Portland’s history. I know that HVAC contractors were all overwhelmed, but I tried to explain to at least half a dozen of them that this was a “drive-by” fix. I had little to no response from them and some were trying to make appointments for 2 weeks out. Do yourself a favor – call Nick. He knows what business should be about and he knows how to treat his customers. #HVACGuyForLife
Our furnace was about 45 years old, and although it was still working, based off the smoke we had last Summer, we decided to replace it, and then also get AC. Nick was very knowledgeable and explained the process and pricing in detail. We were surprised that after the initial consult, he and his crew were able to install our new HVAC system within a week. He also fixed our dryer exhaust issue we had, at a very fair price. He even was great in the follow up with the inspection and making sure our system was working properly. I will certainly be using their business again for any maintenance needs we may have in the future. And highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.
Nick has kept our furnace and air condition in great working order for over 10 years. He is easy to get ahold of and appointments are always in a timely manner.
Found All Solutions by a yard sign in a neighbors yard that was having work done . I called for an estimate and they came out quickly and prepared to enter my home with COVID protocols in mind. Nickolas (Owner) is personable, professional , and punctual . He showed up on time and repaired my two failed furnace ducts quickly. He went above and beyond by even clearing out the work and debris left by previous owner and previous furnace company. Work performed exceeded expectations and he was true to his quote. His prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend him for your duct and furnace repairs.
Reliable and fair. He has a ton of experience and a great personality. Full disclosure I was his neighbor and I’m in the industry too. That being said I would gladly recommend him to my grandma, or anyone else that needs some help with their system.
