Air conditioner not blowing cold air for Renter, All Seasons came out on Monday afternoon and added R-22 refrigerant, clean out condensate, insulated suction line, and notice small leak on King Valve. Nut was tighten on King Valve and service man stated he checked no more leak from valve ($1155 invoiced). Renter called on Wednesday (36 hours later) and had no cold air again. All Seasons came out on Wednesday stated King Valve leaking needs replaced and well as more R-22 refrigerant. Stated would discount labor. Invoice $1729 with no discount on labor and stated my fault for second repair since did not purchase pressure check on Monday. Discuss with office manager Taylor with no discount offer and reiterated my fault.
I called for a duct problem I've been having in a home I bought 1 year ago. Tyler climbed around in a 3 foot crawl space for a hour and made a temporary repair. Advised us of what we needed to do, and then said, "NO CHARGE"! I insisted he take a $50 tip and I can assure you, I will be using these guys when I'm ready to tear open the roof to do the permanent repairs. I'm absolutely blown away!
Awesome company. Used a third party system to quote for a job. They were the first to respond and the communication was prompt throughout the process. We converted our furnace from natural gas to propane and they had no problems with the task. Many other vendors did not offer this service since its highly specialized. We had a power outage in our neighborhood as they were working, so they did the conversion one day and came back the next day to complete the testing. Really impressed with service.
5 star service. Taylor repaired our AC same day it broke. He had the part in his truck and he is very affordable. Praise the lord for honest hard working companies like this one.
