Avoid working with All In One Electrical, they scammed us out of $650! In September 2019 we were in the final stages of selling our Santa Fe house. Our real estate agent contracted All In One Electrical to verify that some electrical problems were resolved to code. There were three GFCI outlets that needed to be checked and four double-tapped breakers. A friend did the necessary repairs for us and All In One Electrical was to verify the work as part of closing the house sale. Our friend rewired the GFCIs and did a "pig-tail" repair on the breakers inside the electrical panel. We couldn't be present when All In One came out to the house. So, our agent was there to represent us. All In One verified that the repairs were done correctly, but then decided that the four breakers needed to be replaced with new tandem units. The text messages I received from my agent read, "they're done, only took an hour"..."they want to replace some breakers"..."they don't have the breakers and need to go into town"..."its been two hours and they finally returned"..."okay, they finished the work, but I have to leave for another appointment". So, here is where it gets bad. They only brought two tandem breakers to the house so they had to make a trip into town to buy two more. They charged us two hours of time to drive to/from town to buy the additional breakers. They then charged us $100 per breaker. Two of the breakers they installed are not approved breakers for the electrical panel. Also, those two breakers are clearly used and not new (see photos). And to top it off, they kept the four original breakers that they replaced. Which I am sure they will reuse at another job and charge some other person for them. It was determined that the four breakers did not need to be replaced and that two of the breakers do not fit the panel and are now a code violation. All In One has been a pleasure to work with. They have helped me with my AC unit 3 separate times now. First time, years ago, the unit would not work and they fixed it and had it running great the same day I called. Recently they removed the unit for me so I could install a new roof, and then they came back on my schedule and reinstalled it perfectly. They have always given me fair pricing, much lower than the competitors, and the work is always done right the first time. Fast efficient and friendly, I will always recommend ALL IN ONE to friends family and clients.
These guys were great. They came over the same day I called. They took care of my heater in quick professional manner. They even saved me money by not replacing a piece that they were able to repair. I know who I'm calling when I need someone with their skills.

I was not all that satisfied with the work this company did. The main electrician and probably the only licensed one kept leaving during a new breaker installation. They ended up making a big hole in the wall and a hugh crack on the exterior stucco of my home. They also helped themselves to my personal cleaning supplies without permission and I found this to be very unprofessional. They left wires and screws all over the floor. They also refused to help pay for the damage they caused. I would not recommend this company to any local Santa Fean.
