Over the years All Comfort Air has done a ton of work at our home. Darrel has replaced our furnace, installed an attic fan, and fixed our water heater. Darrel is always very professional, timely, and responsible. He returns phone called and gives honest quotes. I would highly recommend his services for your project.
Darrell recently came out to perform a preventative maintenance service on both of my HVAC units (upstairs and downstairs). It is good that he did because one of them had lost some freon and if he had not taken care of it then it would have frozen up leaving us without AC in the summer heat. I also had no idea just how dirty the outside units were - the gunk builds up on them over time and reduces the cooling capacity. Thanks to his help we made it through the hot season without any problems. We will definitely make the PM check a regular thing and call him back.
Over the last 10 years, I've had All Comfort Air do HVAC maintenance and repair work on two different houses I've lived in. They have always been prompt, reliable, courteous, and a fair price for whatever needed to be done. This year, I recommended All Comfort Air to a relative for a complete A/C replacement job when their unit went out at the peak of the summer season. Darrell was on time, returned calls, and did an excellent job again. This was in stark contrast/comparison to two other "major" HVAC contractors that were also contacted who were difficult and provided higher estimates with an "attitude".
Heating in my Raleigh house wasn't working well, so i called this guys and they just had to change a filter and worked great afterwords, they were clean and very affordable
