Called and Corey came out the same day for an A/C issue. Amazing in the heat of August when most other places I called were a two week wait for a visit. Luckily just a new capacitor and my A/C is working again.
I was referred to All Climate Heating and Air by a neighbor who I contacted when my AC unit failed last night. Corey (owner) took my call at 7:30 AM and agreed to squeeze in a house call around his busy schedule today. He arrived just before noon, where he performed a complete inspection and diagnosis of the AC unit. The problem was a blown capacitor which was replaced on site, and Corey had the unit up and running in less than an hour. I highly recommend Corey as a considerate, and capable local source for HVAC work.
After having such poor service with the big companies (ASI & Baker Electric), I decided to give a smaller, independent company a try. I checked reviews and chose All Climate Heating & Air. We had an air conditioning unit that was 5 yrs. old but had to have service on it 3 out of the 5 years. Corey came out quickly (within a day of calling) and diagnosed a bad compressor and needed to be replaced. Luckily this was covered under the warranty. Even though he doesn't work with York products, he made arrangements to replace the part using the warranty. After he replaced the compressor the unit still wasn't working. The wiring in our unit didn't match up with the schematics. (Very fishy! ) For some reason our unit wasn't talking with our new furnace. Corey scheduled a tech from another company (who works with York products) to come out to inspect with him. After they both tried to diagnose the problem and couldn't, they called York directly. A York technician tried to walk them through the repair but nothing was working. Eventually, York agreed to replace the unit. After almost a month from the first inspection, Corey picked up our new unit (not without complications - he waited over an hour for the warehouse to agree to swap out the unit even though York had already approved the transaction) and installed it. Now we finally have nice cool air in our house. Corey was straightforward with us from the beginning. We immediately felt at ease with him and even though he couldn't fix the problem on the first try, he never gave up. We trusted him from the start. He had to amend his first quote to us (since everything he needed to do changed) and was even apologetic about it. We had no qualms about paying the increased amount because he went ABOVE and BEYOND and spent so many hours trying to figure out the problem. (Our dog thinks he's family. LOL) We would HIGHLY recommend Corey and have decided that he is our go-to guy from now on. We will be calling him for maintenance on bot
This is the second time we have used All Climate Heating & Air. In both instances we have been treated with professional courteous service. Corey Ott is quick to respond, friendly and helpful. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Corey is amazing! We called him on a Saturday morning because we had been trying to hook up a new thermostat for days with no luck. We had spent hours in the attic trying to figure out what wasn't connecting and tinkering with wires. Finally after a week of freezing our butts off in the house, I called in reinforcements. Corey talked us through what we'd already done and literally figured out what the problem was over the phone within 1 minute. We were able to get the right part and hook everything back up within the hour and we finally have a warm house, yay! He provided his expertise free of charge, he's just one of those great people that want to help however they can. Cant tell you enough how much we appreciate you Corey. We will certainly be using him in the future for any heating and air needs. Thanks Corey!

Excellent service, very knowledgeable and fair, gave us a range in pricing depending on the condition of our unit once it was opened up, turned out it didn't need much work and price was more than fair. See my Yelp review, ACHA are great!

Corey Ott, the owner, was incredibly accommodating of all my requests and questions related to moving the location and installing a new AC unit at our house in Carlsbad. His price was significantly less than the next closest one and he jumped though all the hoops the city of carlsbad and the HERS testing agency put up with flying colors. He was super responsive and always pleasant to work with. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Corey came out on the weekend to work on my apartment's central AC which had been spewing out warm, rather than cold, air. He discovered that the team that originally installed the AC had failed to properly seal the unit and that it was leaking air into the attic. Not only that, but he found that the water drain was not properly elevated and draining, which might not have been an immediate issue but could have been disastrous later on. He fixed both issues promptly and now my AC is working again! Corey was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He kept me in the loop and clearly explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Corey's close attention to detail meant that he found and fixed an issue that other service repair teams might have missed (the water drain). Corey even put on shoe covers to protect my floor without my asking. You can tell that Corey takes great pride in his work, and that means a lot these days. The quality of work overall was excellent, and I would highly recommend Corey.
