I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, the technician was knowledgable, courteous, honest and arrived right on time.
Prompt service and assessment of issue. Fixed within 30 minutes. I will definitely them again and recommend their business.
Had a service call for my old oven from Brandon at All City Appliance this morning. He was fantastic ! Very polite and efficient and got my oven working again. He did inform me that it is very old & future repairs may not be possible but for now it is up and running ! I will definitely call them again if I need any service on other appliances. The whole process from scheduling an appointment to repair was prompt & efficient. Thank you 😊

anytime any appliance breaks its cheaper to repair than to replace. most modern appliances are poorly constructed and dependent on fragile computer modules that die and are hard to replace but if you have reliable service people you'll be ok and All City Appliance can fix anything.
I own a duplex in Shorewood and these are my go-to guys for any and all my appliance repair needs. They're great communicators, they show up when they say they're going to, and I feel like their prices are fair. Highly recommend!

Our technician was timely, courteous, and knowledgeable. We opted not to have our refrigerator repaired as it’s old and not worth the cost. Our technician offered some great advice without trying to convince us on any specific brands. We walked away from this transaction feeling like we made the right decision based on the facts presented to us. Most importantly, we didn’t feel like we were being pushed to repair an appliance not worth repairing. I’d use All City again in a heartbeat.
Wonderful! Called me when they had a cancellation a day earlier. Called before they arrived.Listened to me about my problem. Diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. Chatted and shared pet pics after he was done. All together a fairly painless experience. I will use them again!

Fabulous experience with P.J. and Brandon. Having a refrigerator go down can be a stressful situation. P.J. was prompt with a call back and squeezed my repair in the next day. Brandon arrived, diagnosed the issue, and installed the necessary control board. A quick reprogramming and diagnostic test, and the job was complete. I cannot thank the All City Appliance team enough for all they do to keep us up and running. Bravo!
Fast and fabulous as always. Kinda bummed it was all because of a PISTACHIO SHELL. We couldn’t figure it out, so thanks for the great level of expertise!
Dryer wasn’t drying. Fuse replaced & lint removed. Also checked washer that was making noise & fixed that. Professional, on time. We have used All City in the past & will use again. Good value for $. I highly recommend them!

I had my dryer repaired. It was a day and half from inquiry to service. Brandon was on time and had the dryer fixed within 15-20 minutes. I highly recommend All City Appliance and will definitely use them in the future if the need arises.
Great service! Due to an error on the manufacturer’s instructions for the part needed, the issue wasn’t completely resolved at first. Even though it wasn’t their fault, All City came back out and resolved it without issue. I’ll certainly keep them in mind for future work.

This is the second time I used the services of All City Appliance. PJ is wonderful. She gets me service on an appliance I need repaired in a timely manner, and I don't get any flack about what neighborhood I live in with this company. You know what I mean don't you PJ? I also got a Veterans discount. Brandon came on time and repaired my oven. He is also a very nice person. All I can say is, it is nice to do business with nice people. I can't enough about how great this company is to deal with, from the woman who answered the phone to the young man who fixed my washer. Honest and fair prices. They fixed my dryer about 5 years ago and that also was a good experience.
