Chaz has always been my go to for any of my residential HVAC work. He is very knowledgeable, dependable, friendly and honest. I won’t call anyone else. All Around Fort Worth Heating and Air is definitely 5 star HVAC repair! He doesn’t come in and just try to sell you something you don’t need. He figures it out and only gets you what’s necessary. I had two AC units installed and he did a great job. He was fair, honest, knowledgable and reasonable priced. I would not hire anyone else. He did a fabulous job and I am very happy with him! If I could give him 10 stars I certainly would. I Highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed!
Been using Chaz for along time now and have had a/c repaired and even had a/c installed in my garage. He’s takin care of 2 of my houses and couldn’t be happier.

Chaz responded to a "crisis" - overnight visitors at the house, 100 degrees out, and no air conditioning. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. In addition, I would add that Chaz was trustworthy. The repair was two step - first, get it running; second, put in a better piece of equipment. The second step had to be done when we were away from the house. He did what he said he would and when he said he would. Thank you, Chaz.
Very good service, they were very professional. Clean and courteous, I have found my ac company for life. I even have used them for my Mother’s house, I wouldn’t do that if I didn’t like them.
Chaz Thomas is an owner operator. He is a fantastic HVAC professional. Do not hesitate to call him. He's walked me through simple fixes over the phone; he's modified my system to work more efficiently. I've had him do work on my system, my brothers system and even my momma's. He's highly recommended. He's well known around the neighborhood to be honest, easy to work with and very professional.
I decided to get a mini split A/C for my upstairs bedroom. My current home AC spends alot of time cooling the whole house just to keep my bedroom cool. What a world of difference! All Around Came in at a better price than the other companies and installed a Mitsubishi unit with a 12 year warranty. They were able to schedule it a week after I called and arrived on time. They installed the unit and cleaned the installation area before they left. I would highly recommend their services!
Not sure about the previous review - but couldn’t possibly disagree more. I entertained three bids and Chaz’s was significantly lower. He was more than responsive with his submittal and he answered all of my questions as I went through the bid process. The installation was on time, beautifully done and the unit works great. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with All Around. From a personal perspective, Chaz was great to work with and great to talk to!

WALK AWAY from this contractor! If you had HVAC work performed by All Around Fort Worth Heat & Air without a building inspection, have a building inspector inspect the work performed. Did he share the ACCA calculations for your application? Industry standard stuff......if not, walk away from him - BE WARNED!! We hired All Around Fort Worth Heat and Air, Charles "Chaz" Thomas to replace two of our HVAC units in April 2020. How he got his license in Texas or Oklahoma is a mystery. Chaz installed 80% vented units into a fully encapsulated roof (non-vented attic space) as we foamed our roof prior to having the new HVAC units installed. For those that do not know the difference between vented rood and non vented roof, the 80% vented units utilize the attic air space for venting but a non vented roof requires direct vented units as the units are not able to use the attic air space. A licensed HVAC contractor should know this, but Chaz didn't. His action and installation put our family's safety at risk...imagine being poisoned by carbon monoxide while sleeping at night. It's criminal! I confronted Chaz and was willing to give him a chance to fix his mistake which put our family's safety at risk. He tried, caused water and even compromised the structural integrity of our rood, failed building code inspection, and after scheduling a meeting with Jeff Noble with INSCO distributing representing RUUD/RHEEM with Chaz present - Chaz WALKED OFF THE JOB after admitting to have not calculated the ACCA calculations. The wrong size HVAC units and the wrong type of units .....his workmanship and knowledge are questionable to say the least. Is this the kind of contractor you want to hire? Yes, Chaz's action left us with two inoperable units and not another HVAC company could fix the units because they were the wrong units for the application. His actions forced us to have two new HVAC systems installed because our product warranty were voided due to improper installation. Also,
Chaz was acceptional in his responsiveness. He did an acceptional job at finding the problem and fixing it. His honesty and communication skils were very good. He freely shared his wisdom on helping us maintain a better hvac system.

Seriously everyone, you cannot go wrong with Chaz (sorry if I’m not spelling it right) with All Around Fort Worth heat and air. I had him out In 2019 after a previous contractor fell through my ceiling, destroying my living room. Chaz came out same-day, fixed all the stuff wrong that the previous guy left and got the air-conditioning working. Fast forward to today, woke up in the morning and house was not cooling, he came out by lunchtime and fixed us up. Due to my own neglect of my outdoor unit the air conditioning stopped shortly after, he came out again, reset the high-pressure switch and cleaned out my condenser for free. I wish I could give him six stars, but Google won’t let me so I’ll have to repay him by giving him my business when we eventually replace our aging 22-year-old Lennox unit next year.

Chez, was a very friendly and professional tech. He quickly found and fixed the problems that were wrong with my A/C unit and did so at a fair price. I would highly recommend him and his company for A/C repair.

Called other companies at around 7:30 at night on a Thursday night Cowboys preseason game, looking them up on Google. I either got tomorrow or they didn't answer. I'm glad. This company didn't say tomorrow. Was literally here in 10 minutes. I had my drain clogged and water draining on my new hardwood floors.. Chaz had it fixed better then before and actually showed me what to do if it happens again. When we replace this dinosaur unit I will be using him. Great price and quick service. I definitely give him 10 stars if I could. Also I rarely leave reviews.
Chaz was great! I had another company tell me I needed a new unit. I called and got Chaz and he came out the same day. FIXED my unit and it’s been running great. He’s honest, dependable, reasonably priced and doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. He’s the only one I trust with my unit and the only one I’ll be calling!
